Earth work for drain to required depth, either by cutting and disposal of excavated soil to areas of fill or by filling with earth suitable for filling brought from areas of cutting or borrow pits in all kinds of soils except rock requiring blasting

Earth work for leveling the land to required levels & grades, either by cutting and disposal of excavated soil to areas of fill or by filling with earth suitable for filling brought from areas of cutting or borrow pits in all kinds of soils except rock requiring blasting

Conveyance the excess earth or earth not suitable for refilling, dumping and spreading, levelling of the same at places of dump approved by departmental officers and as directed including lorry hire charges, labour for loading, unloading, spreading, leveling, making approaches for areas of dumps etc., complete.

Providing and laying well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in lead chart to the road site including loading, unloading and stacking the well gravel at road site to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including labour charges for laying spreading leveling to camper etc., complete as per specifications.,

Flooring with bed of cement concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of stone jelly by volume) using of 40 mm thick granite hard broken stones, all machine mixed, laid to uniform thickness of 100mm and top left rought to receive floor finish including all labour charges for concreting, ramming, curing etc, and providing expansion joints, slopes & grades if any etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications at all leads & lifts inside the building.

Cement concrete of 1:2:4 mix (One part of cement, two parts of sand and four parts of course aggregates by volume) using granite hard broken stones of 20mm for flooring concrete laid in layers of not more than 10cm thick complete complying with standard specification and drawings as directed by the engineer including all cost and conveyance of materials laying curing etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting for plain surfaces such as reinforced cement concrete slabs, walls etc., with all cross bracing etc., including decentering after curing period,complete complying with standard specifications, at all leads inside the building, at all heights.

Drain walls with of cement concrete 1:3:6 (One part of cement, three parts of sand and six parts of stone jelly by volume) using of 20 mm thick granite hard broken stones, all machine mixed, laid to the specified thickness including all labour charges for concreting, ramming, curing etc, complete complying with relevant standard specifications

Wall plastering for brickwork and concrete surfaces using cement mortar 1:5(One part of cement, five parts of sand by volume) thickness 12 mm (average) for all internal/external surfaces for drains etc., finished smoothly to one level including curing etc., complete, at all leads and at all heights.
