Part –A Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 3200ACB incomer no 2. at Deer Park With carry out the following works- Dismantling of old ACB 3200Amp. & other accessories from existing Panel, removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of gas cutter, heavy labor etc.

Providing /fixing and making connection of bus bar for connection of 3200Amp. ACB links, bends, aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile.

Arrangement of incoming / outgoing cable termination by providing & fixing of terminal link of current carrying capacity 3200Amp. With phase separator in sheet .Removable cable gland plate to be provided for each cable entry with cable gland. Making connection of both incoming & out going side as required with proper insulation.

Fixing of the 3200Amp. ACB in the existing L T Panel Board including providing & fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for ACBs in the chamber. Modification in panel door Re-Fixing of existing all the measuring instruments, CT’s, lamps, etc. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc. and fixing the backup fuses as per requirement(ACB shall be provided by department)

Providing & fixing of under voltage trip unit complete with control wiring & setting of tripping

Part - B Installation, Testing, Commissioning of 800ACB incomer no 1. at Geetanjali Bps With carry out the following works- Dismantling of old ACB 800Amp & other accessories from existing Panel ,removing of all cable connection after taking shut down with help of gas cutter, heavy labor etc.

Providing /fixing and making connection of bus bar for connection of 800Amp. ACB size 100x10mm including links, bends, aluminum bus bar will be of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity or as per relevant IS having sufficient cross section area insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve in phase color identification. The bus bar support insulator shall be of class F insulation made out of non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile.

Testing & commissioning of installed equipment’s, as per required parameters with relevant IS .testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow i)Continuity and earth testing ii) Meggering of all equipments for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. iii)checking for all tightness of nut and bolts iv) Alignments of doors etc. v) Interlocking tests. vi) All function tests
