Materials and labour for maintenance and servicing of 20 KVA DG Sets of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (a) One service of DG Set including maintenance shall be termed as ‘EACH JOB’. (b) Minor spare parts shall be replaced as a part of servicing otherwise paid under separate items.

All as per item No. 1.00 here in before but 30 KVA DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under seperate items .

S&F in replacement copper strip of size 20 x3.15 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on "V" type porcelain insulator ( ceramic bus bar support insulator off white colour of min size of 36 mm width x 60 mm length with 36 mm width bus bar mounting base) saddle to wall, buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required including copper strip brazing to each joints and connected with by providing brass nut bolts and washers all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on "V" type porcelain insulator ( ceramic bus bar support insulator off white colour of min size of 36 mm width x 60 mm length with 36 mm width bus bar mounting base) saddle to wall, buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 20 x 3 mm copper strip brazing to each joints and connected with by providing brass nut bolts and washer all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Porcelain insulator of existing size for isolation of conductor from the building wall by providing 15cm long fastners complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 3 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 3.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earth lead by brass nut bolts washer including brazing the copper strip with copper plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point including necessary excavation for earth pit in hard dense soil, rocky / disintergate rock, filling charcoal and salt around the plate in layers , filling the pit with low resistivity agriculture soil free from stones, to be bring from out side defence land and mixed with Bentonite, (3 bags of 25 Kg each ), construction of inspection pit ( earth pit chamber) of brick work of size 600 x 600 x 600 mm with PCC copping of (1 :1.5: 3), 12.5 mm aggregate A1 with MS sheet 2.8 mm plate cover on frame of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm with , wire mess, funnel, test point, 40 mm dia GI protection pipe light grade and 20 mm GI peforated pipe for watering etc complete and testing on completion. The electrode and lead shall be of copper all as specified and as directed.

[NOTE FOR ITEM NO 57.00 : (i) Contractor shall use low reisistivity fresh agriculture soil , mixed with 3 x Bags of bentonite clay of 25 Kg each for refilling the pit to achive the desired resistance. (ii) Copper strip will be laid below 60 cm from ground level and connected to test point through plinth protection (iii) Necessary cost of repair to plinth protection as per existing specification and connected plate and earth continuity conductor by providing 2 x brass nuts bolts and brazing of joints, bringing argiculture soil from out side defence land and cost of 3 x Bags of bentonite deemed to be included in the item rate. (iv) Contractor has to clear the side and disposed off the excavated soil from pit on completion of work. (v) Contractor have to submit test report of earthing after completing the earthing. (vi) Bentonite clay should be Conf to IS 6186: 1986. (vii) The cost of Copper strip of size 20X3 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item.and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately. (viii). All the joints in copper strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by proving brass nut bolt and washer are deemed to be included in the unit rate. (viiii) Cost of brazing / welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ix) Cost includes removal of excavated soil upto a distance of 1500 mtrs. (x) If the desired earth resistance not obtained the earthing shall be re-done by contractor without any extra cost to Govt . ]

Supply only back filling compound ( Bentonite clay ) in existing earth pits through G I pipes as per site requirment complete all as directed.

M&L for brazing of copper earth strip including grinding and prepartion of existing earth strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type smoke detector Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 Double loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detector and modules complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Mannual Call Box resettable type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Addressable sounder complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Control Relay Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Push button switch as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Isolator Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Respons Indicator complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of battery suitable for fire alarm control panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit amount of Rs 4904.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
