SS III HT Yard raising extension of fencing and gate realignment laying paver block around SS III and SS II and renovation of toilet in SS II in CSIR SERC CSIR Campus Taramani Chennai 600113

PART A - Civil : Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish,lead up to 50m and life up to 1.5m. All kinds of soil etc., Complete all as per the instruction of Engineer -incharge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete all as per the specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand)

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two or more coats (Make - Asian, Berger or equivalent)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (Make - Asian, Berger or equivalent)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work (Make - Asian, Berger or equivalent)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc., complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling of coarse aggregate on above the ground level and consolidating etc., complete all as per the instruction of Engineer -in-charge.
