Reinforced cement concrete (RMC) (Design mix M-25) work as in pavement/ hard standing of thickness of concrete 25 cm or less with and incl necessary formwork and finished with spike rolling to surface or make impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete in green complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade 'B' thickness of slab 200 mm complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm garded crushed stone aggregate) as in seismic and other similar bands, hold fast, coping, benching and like incl necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B0 ( using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20mm thick in ratio 1:3 (cement and graded stone grits of size 6mm and below) on roof surfaces mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth using extra cement incl supply and fixing of chiken wire mess complete all as specified and directed (WPC will be measured and paid seperately). Note. Size of crushed graded stone aggregates shall be less than 6mm and more than 2.36mm.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS, The membrane shall be laid with 75mm side lap and 100mm end lap using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for taking down, chipping and removing the loose spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjas etc and exposing the reinforced cement concrete ,wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface, wash with clean water for removing all rusts from the old reinforcement bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement, cut to lenghts, bend to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia for stregthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water, applying one coat of water, Nitbond or equivalent SBR (Latex) and cement in ratio (1:1:3) slurry as bond coat after that applying Nitbond or equivalent SBR (Latex), cement and quartz sand mortar in ratio (1:10:30) , 40 mm average thick in any number of coats, to provide at least 30mm thick cover to reinforcement finish the surfaces even and fair including erecting and dismantling steel scaffolding for carrying out the work upto height of 6m (approx) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : fosrock/Dr Fixit/ sunanda Note :- (i) New reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately (ii) Cost of fixing of new reinforcement by welding/ binding with old reinforcement and providing errecting or dismentling steel scaffolding shall deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. (iii) Only crushed stone quartz sand shall be used for preparation of Nitbond or equivalent SBR (Latex), cement and quartz sand mortar.

Note :- A BOO shall be convened by Accepting Officer for passing the following stages for each portion of work under this item:- (i) Stage 1. Taking down/removing damaged cement concrete of RCC member, exposing and cleaning of exposed steel reinforcement, applying rust remover on old reinforced bar. (ii) Stage 2. Fixinig new MS steel TMT bars/ hard drawn steel wire fabric as per site requrement for strengthen the RCC member and applying two coats of eposy zinc primer on new of old steel surface. (iii) Stage 3. Applying one coat of water, Nitbond SBR (Latex) and cement in ratio (1:1:3) slurry as bond coat after that applying Nitbond SBR (Latex), cement and quartz sand mortar in ratio ( 1:10:30) , 40 mm average thickness in any number of coats, to provide at least 30mm thick cover to reinforcement.

Supply only hard drawn steel wire fabric weight per sqm n exc. 4 Kg completed all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, sockets, etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc and removing materials from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH 1100 volts grade single core muti stranded copper conductor cables of size 1.5 sqmm for phase & neutral in and including concealed PVC conduits, sheet steel sunken boxes1.2mm thickness covered inculding with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet for mounting switches, scockets, regulator etc and including 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded green cable as earth wire for one light point/fan point / buzzer point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. (unit rate quoted including cutting chases wall/floor/pcc and making good the disturbed surface to match with the original. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account) complete all as specified and directed.
