Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 as per direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HPPWD specification and as per MORD specification and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade completed as per HPPWD specification and as per MORD specification and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 90m to 45mm (ninety millimetre to forty five millimetre ) Grading-I 100mm( hundred millimetre) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size13.2mm(thriteen point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate 0.27 cum (zero point twenty seven cubic metre) and binding materials at the rate 0.08 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) per 10 square merte (ten) and to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechanical means as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of trasportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Providing and laying, spreading by mechanical means and compacting stone aggregates of WBM Grading- II i.e. 63mm to 45mm (sixty three milimeters to fourty five milimeters) size @ 0.91cum ( point nine one cubic meters) per 10 (ten) square meters upto compacted thickness of 75mm (seventy five milimeters) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening of type B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimeters) @ 0.20 (point two ) cubic meters per ten square meters and binding materials @ 0.060cum ( point zero six cubic meter) per 10 (ten) square meters to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading II as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405 (Four hundred five) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing, laying, spreading by mechanical means and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.40 mm (Fifty three millimetre to Twenty two point four zero millimetre)grading - III 75mm (Seventy five millimetre) consolidated thick to water bound macadam specification by mechanical means including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (Eighty to hundred) static rollar in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate 0.18 cuM (Zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metre and to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggrregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labour, equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials,labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.27 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidentals.

Providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 (One Hundred to One hundred Twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (Seventy Five) tonnes per Hour using crushed aggregates of specified aggregates of specified grading, premixed with ituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Fice point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix o work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control t the required grade, level and alignment, rollign with smooth wheeled, viberatory and tenden rllers to ahieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.
