Railway reserve the right for procurement of the tendered item from M/s Computers and Structures, Inc. (CSI). or their authorized Agent/Distributor M/S CSI Engineering Software Pvt. Ltd.,New Delhi- 110048 only.

Unloading of Materials: - Have to be arranged by the supplier at their own risk and cost at Consignee end .

Procurement under this bid is reserved for purchase from Class -I/Class-II local supplier as defined in public procurement (Preference to Make in India), Order 2017 as amended from time to time and its subsequent Orders/Notifications issued by concerned Nodal Ministry for specific Goods/Products. All bidders must upload a certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made along with their bid, failing which the bid is liable to be rejected. Since the Local Content is a dynamic element and may change with item and time, hence bidder shall submit bid specific MII certificate for Local Content duly signed by the authorized signatory. Bidders not submitting the document as asked above, such bid will be summarily rejected.

The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual Standard forma of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure -I. Non- submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summary rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self - attested / digitally signed by which they/ he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document. It will not be obligatory on the part of Tender Committee/Accepting Authority to scrutinize beyond the submitted document of tenderer as far as his qualification for the tender is concerned.

Validity of offer shall be 120 days from the date of tender opening

Warranty / Guarantee as per IRS conditions of contract.

We agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) special Conditions and (or) other conditions Specified/attached with the tender.

The bidder confirm that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. ( Denial of this conditions not recommended)

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
