External complaint upto 14 th floor Note :- (a) Scaffolading if any required during the progress of work the contractor shall provide the same with out any extra cost to the department the rates quoted shall be deemed inclusive of this provision (b) Necessary complaint book shall be provided and maintained by the contractor, complaint slip shall be deposited very next day in the complaint cell of STP Complaint Cell w/s duly signed by the occupant (c) Rates for small fittings and parts are deemed to be included in item rate however pipes, valves, PVC connection shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items of schedules. (d) Any internal/external Complaint received shall be attended within 48hrs by the representative of the firm upto the satisfactory level of Engr-in-Charge and on failing which the penality shall be imposed @ Rs 250/- per day per item of Schedule (BOQ) (e) The Contractor or the accredited representative of the firm shall report to the JE concerned at theSTP Complaint Cell for receiving the complaints at 0900 to 1000hrs daily excluding Sunday and Holiday.

Cleaning of underground sump of any capacity cleaning the floors, wall and ceiling portion of sump etc by Mechnical high pressure spray and steel wire brush to remove Algae/dirt/foreign dirt completely and soaking out the water/dirt with a high pressure wet vaccum pump and removing spoils out side of MD land land to a distance exc 5 KMs & n.exc 10 KMs and applying spray of approved chemical etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- 1. Rates deemed to be included for pumping out water left below foot valve. 2. Rate include the painting with two coats of enamal paint with visible colour on the sump indicating its capacity , date of cleaning and due date for cleaning complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material outside MD land to a distance exc 150 M but n.exc 500 M and depositing where directed all as specified.

Supply & fix in repair of PVC(LLDPE) rectangular loft tank of net capacity 275 Ltrs with gross capacity of tank at least 5% in excessof minimum net capacity including 03 Nos adopter with washer for inlet/outlet overflow pipe as per manufacturere s instruction and overall dimension as 995-1200mm length , 620-820mm with 285-485mm height , 300mm internal dia of hand hole,minimum wall thickness 2.75mm( weight of tank 11 Kgs) with lid cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement PVC profile suitable for 275 ltrs loft tank including fixing of aluminium channel around the profile complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement bronze pressure reducing valve suitable for 25 mm bore GI pipe with diaphram cover, spring clamps, cast iron body scatting and adjustable screws and stop valve of chromium plated carbon steel strainer, screw of stain less steel for domestic water supply, suitable for inlet pressure as per IS-7939, including GI pipe connection as required, the work to be carried out from G+14 floor on plain wall with necessary bamboo scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking water sample from STP and test water quality parameters include chemical, physical and biological properties and can be tested or monitored based on the desired water parameters of concern. Parameters that are frequently sampled or monitored for water quality include temperature, disolved oxygen, pH, conductivity, ORP and turnidity, BOD,COD,,oil and grease,Amonical nitrogen,free amonia,Faecal Coliform,Sulphate,Chloride,Silica, Ca.Mg,TDS, Conductivity,Total residual chlorine,Amonical Nitrogen,Nitrate Nitrogen,Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen from govt approved lab all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Report shall be submitted alongwith contractors claim.

Supply and fix in repairs CP bib cock, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for GI tubing 15 mm dia bore including necessary clamp & saddles etc all as specified.

Dismantling of existing connection and taking out pressure reducing valve of size 25 mm bore cleaning servicing and refixing at existing location in high rise buildings (G+14) including provision of fittings, I.e. union, elbow, bend, nipple, etc. complete to make the line functional all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair brass float valve (ISI marked) high pressure with polythelene float (flat) and fly nut complete screwed for GI pipe 15mm bore including necessary GI fittings such as elbow, reducer, nipple etc.
