Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including earth mixed with boulder (except sheet rocks and boulder requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc., complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 23cum (9") thick including watering and ramming with the cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/4") size clean hard granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in basement using F.A. bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size h.g. c.b. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including ,hosting ,lowering and laying concret in layers not exceeding 15cm (6) thick to the required level ramming watering and the Engineer-in Charge providing groove & beads where necessary complete in all respects. as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in Charge providing groove & beads where necessary complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing of Vetrified tiles in Dado with 600x600mm size in colour / Printed series (homogeneous) skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with all cost,conveyance ,taxes of all marbles /tiles, labour with T & P required for the work etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge.

32mm thick sal wood pannel shutter with 12 mm thick mayur tech ply moulded pannel including including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc., complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pis with all lead & lifts, transporting to site by Mechanical means within a lead of 5 km, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement of Table 300.2 and clause 305 of MOSRT&H tec. as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats on iron work over a coat a primer including cost,lead etc.of all materilas etc complete.sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
