Fabrication, erection of Single pole for 11 KV line on STP 11 mtr long Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 no. 11KV V-type Cross arm,1 no. F-Clamp. Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, plinthing 300 mm above ground level, painting of pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint (ISI mark) & earthing of support as per RESSPO Norms (All grouting & painting material shall be provided by the contractor.).

Fabrication, erection of Single pole for LT line on STP 11 mtr long Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like L.T. Clamp, Earth wire Clamp etc. grouting in ratio 1:4:8, plinthing 300 mm above ground level, painting of pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint (ISI mark) & earthing of support as per RESSPO Norms (All grouting & painting material shall be provided by the contractor.).

Fabrication, erection of 33 KV double pole structure for end terminations on 11 M long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 no. Top channel 3200x125x65 mm, MS Angle Cross Bracing. Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, plinthing 300 mm above ground level, painting of pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint (ISI mark), earthing of support as per RESSPO Norms & one side cable expose for road crossing (All grouting material shall be provided by the contractor.).

Fabrication, erection of 11 KV / LT double pole structure for end terminations on 11 M long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 no. Top channel 2240x100x50 mm, MS Angle Cross Bracing. Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, plinthing 300 mm above ground level, painting of pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint (ISI mark), earthing of support as per RESSPO Norms & one side cable expose for road crossing (All grouting material shall be provided by the contractor.).

Fabrication, erection of double pole structure suitable for 25 to 100 KVA T/F on 11 M long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 no. Top channel 2240x100X50 mm, MS Angle Cross Bracing. Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, plinthing 300 mm above ground level, painting of pole with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint (ISI mark), earthing of support as per RESSPO Norms & one side cable expose for road crossing (All grouting material shall be provided by the contractor.)

Erection/Fixing for stay set with stay wire and clamp as per RESSPO drawing including binding. Climbing, clamping, tightening and nozzeling etc. complete in all respect including its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 before back filling of the pits as per RESSPO, cement, brick, concrete ballast, sand and etc would be provided by the contractor for 33/11 KV single support, double pole and four pole structure.

Laying of (double circuit) 33 KV XLPE cable 3x300 sq.mm. in HDPE Pipe 6” dia by trench less Technology method by Horizontal Drilling System for Road Xing. The job includes the cost of excavation of Earth, supply of HDPE Pipe 6” dia laying of cable inside it. The work is to be carried out as per Govt. approved Drg. (HDPE pipe shall be provided by the contractor through approved vendor of UPPCL).

Hoisting of 3x300 mm2 33 KV XLPE cable on double pole with GI pipe of size 8” dia including its jumpering complete with Clamps nut and bolts. (G.I Pipe, Clamp, Nut & Bolts shall be provided by the contractor through approved vendor of UPPCL, Approx 10 Mtr. Per Hosting). (for double circuit).

Making of 33 KV O/D cable jointing terminations at joints at inspection window and both ends 33 KV O/D cable boxes shall be provided by the department.

Making of 33 KV Straight through cable jointing terminations at joints at inspection window and both ends 33 KV S/Through cable boxes shall be provided by the department.

Making of 11 KV O/D cable jointing terminations at joints at inspection window and both ends 11 KV O/D cable boxes shall be provided by the department.
