Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in walls/ceilings in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integrated water proofing componud conforming to IS-2645

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete, (1:1.5: 3) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exc. 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10cm but not exc. 20cm wide flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams complete of flat rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500D all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500D all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500D all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes bore of pipe 100mm sand cast pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cast iron cowls bore of pipe 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for soling (or sub base) 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders (size 90 to 40mm) or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller Exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne in two layers of 75mm thick each complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Water Bound Macadam (WBM), with granite stone coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) in two layers of each 75mm thick each layer spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tone power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (1 : 1.5 : 3) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in ramps/ PCC paths, foundation including rafts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC M-10 (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter with fair finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in walls, basement walls, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering,and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface.

M&L for mild steel framed work with angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm dia GI steel wire PVC coated 75mm X 75mm mm mesh as in chain link fencing including straining and fixing to posts and to straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised iron,PVC coated,tying with wire etc complete.

Supply only mild steel flat, round or square bars for weaving of chain link fencing conforming to Fe-410-W, Gde E-165, quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel bolts, purpose made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 16 to 18 mm dia of neck, length of bolts exc. 5 cm but not exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 55 & 56 : Rate for fixing shall deemed to be included in rates of Srl item No. 54 above.

S&F in welded steel wire fabric weight not exc. 4 Kg/Sqm fixed to wooden or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized, 2 strand, steel bar bed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single lyer) fixed on 'Y' shaped angle over security fencing complete all as specified and directed . Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth, for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in Hard/Dense soil all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete(1 : 1.5 : 3) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

S&F Framed work as in steel gates of angles or other section with gusset plates , rails , braces etc . complete and gates to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging gate fitting complete all as specified .
