Dismantling of LT insulators of any type and size from positionand removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms fixed on Steel tubular poles carefully and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly including stay wire complete with necessary demolition of concrete excavation and earth work as required and removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old tubular pole/ RCC of any size with necessary disconnection of electric wire, demolition of concrete foundation and removing the same from site complete all as specified and directed. Note : (Dismantling of cross arms and insulators fixed with pole shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items here-in-before).

Disconnecting the existing service connections of any size and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core including end termination joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for equipment earthing complete incl necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 40 mm dia. light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm ore medium grade PCC pipt with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. complete all as directed. Note : The conctrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 tye C -1 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protectio of earth strip. (iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pipt itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends , elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quioted rate. (iv) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length earth strip.

S&F of thermoplastic polycarbonate cable terminal box, IP 66 protection, screw cover top type, suitable for 16 sqmm, 4 core cable, 3P+N incoming/outgoing cable and P+N PVC sheathed connection cable for light fitting, having DIN rail mounting arrangement for holding SPN MCB, with and including SPN MCB 10 Amp, cable junction terminals, IP 55 cable glands of sutable size for cable entry/out and 02 nos of MS clamps and 04 nos of mounting brackets, including all fixing accessories etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth for foundation of pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil after the pipes/fittings are laid/fixed jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushisioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable (total 230 mm in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
