Supplying, Installing, Testing and Commissioning Exterior Recessed Ground Mounted 20 W / running metre LED Wall Wash Distribution Uplight fixture with Housing Box of die cast aluminium, die cast aluminium trim, frosted glass optics, installation cover and other necessary accessories, frosted lens with and including 20 Watt LED lamps suitable for the fixture and also including the mounting and fixing accessories and arrangements and also complying with the following requirements / specifications all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dir: - (a) Lamp Type : 20 Watt LED (b) Fixture Wattage : 20 Watt (c) Lumen Efficacy : 85 Lumens / Watt (d) CCT / CRI : 3000 K / + 80 (e) Optical Distribution : Wall Wash Distribution (f) Voltage : 230 V AC (g) Type of Control Gear : Integral Electronic Driver (h) Control Type : Dimmable (j) I.P. Rating : IP-67 (k) Size : Length (1200/1000/900/800/600) mm, Width 85 mm, Depth 125 mm or of the size as approved by Dy Project Dir. Note :- The rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for material and labour and all other incidental charges required for fixing and mounting arrangements for the fixture including recessing and other civil works as per manufacturer's design and specifications and requirements and also as per site conditions as approved by Dy Project Dir.

Supplying, Laying, Testing and Commissioning in repair Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire the 2x2.5 sq. mm +1x1.0 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FRLS is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required complete all as specified and as directed by Dy project Director.

Dismantling stone slab/ tile of any description/thickness in any position laid wet/ dry as in floor/ wall/coping bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Director.

Material and Labour, in repairs, granite tile flooring using 20/22 mm thick flamed granite tiles (of any type), machine cut (Straight/radial), bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:3) with grey cement and pointed with to laticrete steller grout to match the shade of granite stone complete and also including all cutting and waste; size of slab /tile and pattern of laying as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Director. Note:- Screed bed shall be measured and paid separeately.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complee all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dirctor.

S&F in repairs, Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes for posts conforming to I.S.1161-1979 GRADE SE.- 240 complete all as specified and as directed by Project Director.

S&F in repairs, plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or noched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, incl cutting in flooring to make good, complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Dirctor

M&L in repairs, PCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in post holes & slightly rounded, ramp or chamfered angle fast, bed plasted and the like with smooth finishes, & incl use and waste of form work etc levelling course in depressed / undulation portionson etc on floor complete all as specified and directed by Dy Project Director.

M&L Preparation of painted to new surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applyin Two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint on Steel surfaces complete, all as specified and as directed by Project Director.
