Solid sludge and other wastage should be disposed / thrown at a minimum distance of 100 metre away from the plant or a location decided by users with in the 505 ABW premises complete all as specified and as directed. Repairing and blocking of existing seepage and leakage of water and chemicals from De-greasing plants through wall/floor/ceiling and tank of alkaline /fresh water /hot water made out stainless steel sheet ,16 gauge rectification complete by suitable size SS electrode rod ,argon cylinder, with the help of Argon welding machine and ,filling cavities with suitable filler material for SS sheet complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Argon welding machine with SS electrode rode/wire, gas cylinder and their connected other machine and man power for above work will be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Stainless Steel sheet 304 grade ,1.6mm ( 16 gauge) thick including necessary cutting ,jointing,welding,and grinding in the shape/size as per requirement in washing chamber of De-greasing plant. Replace damage SS sheet with new SS sheet by the SS electrode and with the help of Argon welding machine for jointing between SS sheet and after the work is done,it will be thoroughly checked/tested that there is no any leakage and cracking from replaced SS sheet complete all as specified and as directed.
