PROVN OF HIGH MAST LIGHTS AT LGJ MIL STN

S&F Galvanized steel High Mast of 16 Mtrs height lighting system in two section, 3 mm section thickness, top dia not less than 150mm & bottom dia not less than 340 mm with its accessories including foundation bolts manufactured from special steel and Hot Dip Galvanised along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates, feeder pillar panel control and raising & lowering mechanism for integral power tool, Twin aviation Lamp etc. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3 minimum 180 km per hour. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope (7/19 construction) double drum which is operated by and including motor gear mechanism with inbuilt starter, Timer and feeder piller panel, Galvanized Lantern carriage arrangement 'suitable for 08 Nos.luminaires Symmetrically & its control gear boxes and with 03 point suspension system. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. ( Material construction of high mast sheet will be of BSEN 10025 / IS 5986 or equivalent ). with wiring cable for luminaire connection including suitable size of foundation for 16.0 mtr high mast considering the soil bearing capacity 10 T / Sq. mtr at 2 meter depth and using RCC M-25 grade (design mix) concrete with reinforcement,form work,earthwork complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- (a) Making of civil foundation for erection of high mast and feeder pillar panel as per manufacturer recommendation demeed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Drawing of foundation to be approved prior to start the high mast work (c) Cable of required size and length from top to bottom for connection of LED flood light an related switchgears included in above quoated rate.

Supply and fixing LED flood light fittings with and including lamp 200W rating, separate individual peanut plated Lens housing should be made of LM6 Pressure die Cast Aluminum . Optical cover should be only Toughened Glass only, IP Protection not less than IP 66, Protection should be Class I,Product Standard IS 10322/IEC 60598, Driver Operating Voltage should be 140 V-270V, Driver Frequency 50Hz, Power Factor>0.9, Lumen output should not be less than 100 Lumen/watt and Luminaries with separate external surge protection device 4 Kv to 10 kv rating and separate connector block for termination of incoming cable connection all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth strip.galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40 mm dia and water pipe 20mm dia GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and CI cover with frame all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. Notes :- (i) 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering to be provided with a socket and plug and should be 10 cms above ground level. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI strip upto high mast earth connection is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position

Supply and laying and testing cable LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, glavanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium condutor size 25 Sqmm 4 Core including making necessary electrical connections by using AI thimbles of appiropriated size complete all as specified and directed Note : Excavation, earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective item respective item of BOQ..

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying double wall corrugated (DWC) piep size OD-77 mm and ID-63mm IS16205 including all necessary fittings for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying and including inserting Galvanised steel light grade pipe upto 100 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Augar system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : The rate of Galvanised steel light grade pipe upto 100 mm dia is included in this item

Supply and fixing 2.5 Sqmm three core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conduductor calbe 1100 volts grade completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
