Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy ,INDOOR TYPE, suitable size made out of CRCA sheet 2 MM thick duly powder coated with Seimens Grey Shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2 MM thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment. Outer cubicle having both sides door openable and Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes. The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. M&L for carrying out following work/repairs through manufacturer's authorised service engineer of voltage stabilizer of following capacities located at various tech Accn at Naval Station Karanja :- i) Opening of stabilizer at tech Accn workshop and taking out all defective / unserviceable parts, fixing of new parts after repair inplace of defective part, rewiring of defective control wiring etc and assembling complete all as specified & directed. ii) Testing of stabilizer after repair on existing load to give desired & rated output. iii) M & L for preparation of old painted surface by hand scrap and applying one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting. Note : - All defective parts including cable & oil to be replaced will be measured & paid separately under relevent item of schedule as supply only. However, cost of labour for fixing of new part is deemed to be included in unit rate of Sl item No.1 above. a) 25 to 75 KVA capacity
