Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and average 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for wall foundation etc or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250 metre and not exceeding 500 metre depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 metre and not exceeding 1500 metre depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelling in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Punned thickness will be measured and paid.

Material and labour providing, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (20mm graded crushed store aggregate) in PCC block for fixing of fencing post, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour providing, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (20mm graded crushed store aggregate) in copings, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour brick work except bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Bricks obtained under demolition of respective item shall be used. (ii) Volume of PCC for angle iron post shall be deducted in brick work.

Material and labour brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Volume of PCC for angle iron post shall be deducted in brick work. (ii) Excess quantity of brick work shall be measuread to increase the height of boundry wall as per site requirement.

Supply and lay sub class ‘B’ bricks (old Size) ,common burnt clay building bricks for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable, abutting each other gap should not more than 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour mild steel work of angle iron etc as post and strut in fencing including cutting tops/bottom to shape drilling holes, notching for wire , angle iron post etc including all necessary straining wire or similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Note :- PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule.

Supply, stretch and fix concertina coil of 600mm dia in stress position hot deep galvanised steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paints making diamond shape with the help of dove tail clips (18 SWG), the concertina coil is to be fixed on existing angle iron Y shape placed on top of boundry wall including 10 rows of horizontal razor wir (RBT) with the help of lug rings (24 SWG) including all fittings like fastener clips, steel lug rings etc complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Stretch length of each coil shall not be exceeds 6 metre and shall be 50 numbers round of 6 metre length. (ii) Unit quoted rate shall include the cost of razor wire.

Material and labour 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in alternate bays as floor finished, finished concrete surface with spike rolling or making impression of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour 15 mm thick rendering in cement and sand mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer in various pattern and different tint (two or more colour combination) as approved by Garrison Engineer complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint in various pattern and different tint (two or more colour combination) as approved by Garrison Engineer complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatement from wall by scrapping, washing, rubbing down and stopping etc, prepration of surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer in various pattern and different tint (two or more colour combination) as approved by Garrison Engineer complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix bracket made with GI tube light grade (not less than 1.5 RM) in length of 50 mm bore size and fixed to the LT pole including two Nos FI Clamps of size 50X6 mm nut bolt and washers, including two coat of syenthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer / Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix roadway luminaire LED light fittings with IP 66 protection, pressure dia cast aluminium of 90 watts and including necessary electric connection with 2.5 Sqmm twin core copper conductor unarmoured cable of suitalbe length complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.. Make : Philips Cat part No.BRP409 LED088 CW HE NR PC S2 PSU GR, Havells Cat part No ENDURA PEARL PLUSSL90WLED757PASYTOPCASTHO and CG Cat part No NEXUS NEO-LSTP-90-CDL-M or equivalent model of make specified in appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated and sheathed unarmoured copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm two core cable, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting both end with suitable lugs of cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection cover and pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Cost of Aluminimum thimbles / lugs and cable gland is included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Supply and fix in position new sheet moulding compound (SMC), hot press moulded SMC junction box of size 280X170X130 mm comprising of 100 Ams aluminium bus bar 4 strips ( IP 55 protection ) mounted on porcelain insulator and connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminimum lugs etc fixed on pole with FI Clamps of size 50X6 mm nut bolt and washers, including two coat of syenthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Make - SINTEX, Model GSJB-2520 or equivalent model of make specified in appendix 'B' to particular specifications.

Supply and fixing in repairs automatic timer switches for ON/OFF the street lights based on LUX level of natural light ranges from less than 30 LUX and more than 10 LUX of capacity 8 KW single phase, 220 volts contactor rating 40 Amps incoming-outgoing MCB rating 40 Amps having over voltage and under voltage protection complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Horizontal boring of holes under road by trenches less technology using ultra sound technology with machine for laying 50 mm bore GI light grade pipe without disturbing the road surface complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Boring shall be done upto 1.00 metre below the top surface of road / pavement / hard standing etc. (ii) GI pipe shall be measured and paid in respective item of this schedule (iii) During boring any obstruction met, another boring shall be carried out without any extra cost.

Forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound.grade A complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound A complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down barbed wire fencing from wood, concrete or steel posts or to straining bolts tied with galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Material retrieved under this item is contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor dues. (ii) Rubbish shall be removed out site MOD land. (iii) Each line of wire to be measured.

Taking down 610 mm dia punched tape concertina coil having any numbers of round, any dia, fixed at any position, any type complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Material retrieved under this item is contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor dues. (ii) Rubbish shall be removed out site MOD land.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 150mm thickness below or above ground floor including hacking of concrete surfaces to receive new concrete / floor finishes and removing rubbish out site MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick masonry quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar fackings, dressed stonewrk and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Material retrieved under this item is contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor dues. (ii) Rubbish shall be removed out site MOD land. (iii) Serviceable bricks shall be reused in respective items.

Dismantling structural steel work in any description and any position complete all as specified and directed by Garrison Engineer/ Engr-in-Charge.
