Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc for storey as directed by Engr-in-Charge incl all necessary scaffolding etc.

M&L for 20mm thick plastering by using ready mix cement mortar in Cement mortar 1:4 in 2 coats (15 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) all as specified and directed (WPC shall be mesured and paid seperately) incl all necessary scaffolding etc. Note :- water proofing compound shall me measured and paid seprately as supply only.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) rain coat over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed incl all necessary scaffolding etc.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Demolition of existing treatment of any type and preparing the surface by cleaning the concrete surface with wire brush and a high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil grease, loose particles vegetation roots etc and filling crackswith plymer modifed mortar using smartcare RP or Epoxy mortar including Martial and labour for laying padding cement concrete in terrace 1:2:4 type B-0 (using graded stone aggregate) of 50mm average thickness maintaining 1:30 slope finishing with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material & labour for High performance hybrid polyurea elastomeric waterproofing spray applied SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of more than 13 N/mm2 as per ISO 527 type 5 , shore A Hardness of min. 85 as per ISO 868, and crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C1305. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid or approved equivalent in two coats with a consumption of 2kg/sqmt, etc., complete as per Manufacturere specifications

Taking down plaster on brick, stone or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints hackup for key scrubbing down with water etc including rendering 20mm thick in two coats 15+5 in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge SmartCare Damp Proof (External Walls) Supplying and applying single component, elastomeric, acrylic fibre reinforced waterproofing & anticarbonation coating SmartCare DampProof or or approved equivalent with minimum elongation of 220% as per ASTM D412 and shall have crack bridging ability of upto 1mm and shall resist 7 bars of hydrostatic pressure. The system consists of self priming with 33% dilution followed by two undiluited coatings but sandwiched with EPDM joint and corner tapes which has got very high elongation, etc., complete as per manufacturers specification. Consumption is 0.44ltr/sqm

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections and removing from store of following sizes, complete all as directed.

(a) 80 mm bore

Supply and fix steel water tubing galvanised medium grade (ISI Marked) of following size, with all fitting fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floor/wall/ceiling (in high rise building including scaffolding) ,complete all as specified and directed.

SmartCare PU Injection Grout, Supply & apply with nozzle PU Injection (1K) is a hydrophobic grout based on polyurethane. Upon contact with water, it reacts to form a closed cell rubber-like foam while expanding its volume up to 27 times. The cured material is of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the cured material is essentially not affected by water or dryness. The reacted material does not shrink or swell. Depending on the pressure of injection, it reacts to a form a very dense material or foam.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators,sockets,light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

Taking down old unserviceable MCCB enclosure . S & F of MCCB sheet metal enclosure including MCCB of 200 amp capacity four pole type with all accessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V fixed type, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA-01 Nos (incoming)

Taking down old U/S DB and M&L for sheet metal enclosures for DB 2 way with 240 amp rated busbar of 240 V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old U/S DB and S & F in repair Distribution Board made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection surface mounting SP 8 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : The cost of removing old box and making good of surface i.e. brick work, plastering etc shall be included in quoted rate)

Taking down old U/S DB and S & F in repair vertical Distribution Board double door, prewired type, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 54 & IK 09 protection surface mounting TPN 4 way, 440 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and privision MCCB’s 63 Amp 01 No 25 KA fixed and wiring arrangement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The cost of removing old wooden box and making good of surface i.e. brick work, plastering etc is to be included in quated rate)

Taking down old U/S MCB and S & F in replacement of MCB 6 to 32 Amps capacity, B Curve type suitable for 240 volts AC supply, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S MCB and Supply and fixing MCB SPN , 63 Amps, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 12 way Double door type having protection IP-42, with 200 Amps rated bus bar connecting with existing wiring circuits by providing copper pin terminals of suitable size complete all as directed of comprising of the following :-

Taking down old cable and Supply and laying / fixing in flexible copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed cable 1100 volt of size 4 core 16 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe/ ducts/ angle or fixed on wall etc through PVC pipe size (not less than 25 mm dia ) from DB / panel board to floot light or fixed on angle with sadling and sadling distance each other 01 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old cable and Supply and laying / fixing in flexible copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed cable 1100 volt of size 2 core 10 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe/ ducts/ angle or fixed on wall etc through PVC pipe size (not less than 25 mm dia ) from DB / panel board to floot light or fixed on angle with sadling and sadling distance each other 01 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Near each hightbay light fix 01 Nos PVC round/squar box for cable connection.

S&F HDPE of Pressure rating 6kg/cm sq pipe of 40 mm dia including necessary bends,elbows,Tees etc on cable protection complete all as directed.

Taking down old U/S cable and Supply, laying, commisssion & testing XLPE insulated armoured LT cable, 110 Volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 35 Sqmm laid in trenches/ through pipe/ ducts or fixed on wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down U/S old U/S looping box and Supply and fixing FRP type looping box of size 250 x 125 x 100 mm including necessary arrangement to fix the looping box with suitable nuts, bolts,washers flat iron etc comprising of the followings:- (a) MCB, 6 to 32 Amps, SP (10 KA) (B serires)-01 No.
