Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.50m wide and n. exc. 1.50m deep for taking out/ laying cables, CI/ GI/ DI/ HDPE pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying/ spreading in trenches clean dry sand to required width and depth at bottom and top of cable including spreading, levelling, punning for laying/ cushioning of cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be considered or payment.

Supply and laying burnt bricks, old size, sub class 'B', laid flat abutting each other, perpendicular to cable with width equal to width of brick laid in trenches for protection of cable all as specified and directed.

Laying only old size burnt bricks, laid flat abutting each other, perpendicular to cable with width equal to width of brick laid in trenches for protection of cable all as specified and as directed. Note: Old re-useable bricks obtained during taking out of cable shall be re-used.

Taking out existing PVC/ XLPE cable 1100 volts grade LT cable of size 6 sqmm 2 core with glands, bricks/ cable protection pipe, cable route indicators etc. from the trench/ fixed along wall or passing through pipes/ in floor, removing the unserviceable/ faulty cable and stacking serviceable cable for re-use complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surface (LT panel of any size and type) of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel grey colour paint after thoroughly burning the existing paint including repairing the LT panel door by tack welding as required complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Replacement of insulators. (c) Replacement of protect release (8538). (d) Replacement of shunt release (8538). (e) Repair and replacement of under voltage release. (f) Repair and replacement of earth fault release. (g) Repair and replacement of service position micro switch right (2). (h) Repair and replacement of service position micro switch left (2). (j) Repair and replacement of vertical thermal adopter. Notes:- (i) The numerical in brackets against various accessories indicate the SIC's required for wiring purpose in draw out brackers. (ii) Shunt release requires one set of auxiliary contacts. (iii) Maximum 24 SIC's can be fitted on ACB. Electrical ACB's are pre-wired for control circuit purpose.

Testing the underground or on the surface cable to find out the fault with location and locate all types of faults core to core, core to earth, short or low insulation upto 1 mega ohm in cable irrespective of location rating of transmission of power and length of cable from start point and any size of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm complete with necessary nuts, bolts and washers buried in ground fixed in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick M-35 grade machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS: 15658-2006 with grey cement and no pigment laid as per manufacturer's instructions laid over and including 50mm thick layer of sand cushioning including demolition of existing pavers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light panel, 3 phase, digital 24 hours timer with 32 Amp TP contactor and 40 Amp TPN MCB provided with inbuilt circuit protection with protection degree IP 54 suitable for 6 KW load including taking down old street light panle complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat No. IHXTS03060 OR equivalent from other makes specified in particular specifications.

S&F street light panel, 3 phase, digital 24 hours timer with 65 Amp TP contactor and 63 Amp TPN MCB provided with inbuilt circuit protection with protection degree IP 54 suitable for 12 KW load including taking down old street light panle complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat No. IHXTS09120 OR equivalent from other makes specified in particular specifications.

M&L painting to LT steel tubular poles 8.5/ 9Mtr long including all fittings and fixtures complete, fixed with poles with one coat of aluminium paint after scrapping of rust and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters and figures in white enamel in black Roman, Italic or Indian of 10 cm height including circular back ground with black enamel paint of two coats and white circular border over steel/ RCC surfaces of electric poles complete all as specified and directed.
