Schedule 'A' -Part I ( B&R Works)

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls including racking out joints ,hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 6 on brick/cement/stone surface and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick (10 +5) thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC on top 5 mm thick only all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1 : 3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceiling and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty on new plastered surfaces all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls including cornices and pillasters etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls including cornices and pillasters etc and applying one coat of white wash in ceiling all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including scraping down smoke soot, moulds,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc (plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white (lime) wash all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal paint ) over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer to match the existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surface and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal paint ) over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer of any description all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sq m each all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sq m but not exceeding 4 Sq m each all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium window/ventilators shutter including frame, any type sliding or openable with frame, & other similar work etc. fabricated by using the standard section including necessary arrangements to receive 4mm thick glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket/rubber beading etc. complete including necessary handles, roller wheels, hinges etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Weight of aluminium section shall be measured exclusive of all fittings fixtures, hinges, handle, bolts, rubber gasket/rubber beading and locking arrangements.

S&F 4 mm thick Sheet glasses, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12mm prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mortice lock vertical type of size 100 mm long steel 4 lever all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100 mm long stainless steel butt hinges fixed to door frame all as specified and as directed.

S & F 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section all as specified and as directed.

S&F 300mm long aluminium alloy anodized sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded section and fixing bolt and sliding bolt or extruded section or cast aluminum alloy all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over one coat of anti corrosive primer with complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of anti corrosive paint on steel surface over a coat of primer including preparation of old steel surface all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry,built cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc , but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid Block masonry in PCC type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Removing loose concrete/plaster upto sound stratum of celing ,chajjas, columns and beams and cleaned the surface with water using water jet etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of rust remover of approved make to old rested reinforcement after necessary preparations of surfaces by brush application all as specified and as directed.

M&L for previously prepared steel/concrete surfaces and apply concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor of approved make ,after few minutes wipe the concrete /steel surfaces with moist cloth to remove residual materials from the surface and follow up the application all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B1 , 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing,ramp including necessary formwork etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal,whilst the concrete is green all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protections, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc laid dry,laid dry and pointed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 18 to 20 mm thick as in flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone stone slab of 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc over and including 10 mm thick rendering (bedding layer ) in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbbing and polishing all as specified and as directed.

M &L for preparation of old concrete floor surfaces of any description and any position by brooming down/wire brushing and finally cleaned with compressed air to make the surfaces dust free and applying a coat of approved make to activator and smooth surfaces and applying two coats of epoxy resin floor coating paint of approved make with min 4mm thickness of paint coating 400 microns complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' -Part II (Internal Electrification)

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring any type (light, fan socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendants, regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately) removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one light point controlled by one switch with cables 2.5 Sq mm copper cable FRLS multi stranded unsheathed drawn through in stove enamelled steel conduit on wall and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth wire including making connection with common earth and earth dolly and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors to match with existing surfaces all as specified and as directed

S&F Flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, Single pole 250 Volts, ON or OFF Element all as specified and as directed.

S&F Flame proof 2x20W LED Tube light fixture with IP 65 protection etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable inside flexible metal conduit complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 40 mm dia GI pipe(light grade ) of approximate length 1.2 m with suitable clamps on existing pole made of MS flat 40x5mm and bend to any shape with all fixing arrangement, nuts, bolts and washers etc and including 2.5m copper conductor cable multi stranded of 2.5 Sq mm PVC cable from overhead line to fitting connecting box etc including dismantling the rusted/ broken unserviceable old one all as specified and as directed

S&F LED street light fitting of 45 Watts Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium High Power LED as light source with heat resistant toughened glass with lens having IP66 protection, taking down the old one all as specified and as directed

M&L for sub main wiring with 3 Runs (Phase, Neutral and Earth) of 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 volts, FRLS copper conductor cable drawn in and including stove enamelled steel conduit on wall of suitable size with all accessories as required and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board/Earth continuity and testing on completion including taking down of old sub main wiring all as specified and as directed Note :- Three runs of cable and one run of steel conduit shall be measured as one unit

S&F MCB, single pole, 6-32 Amp, 240 Volts, 'C' Curve 10KA all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair MCB 20 Amps, SPN, braking capacity 10KA, C series all as specified and as directed

S&F Sheet metal enclosure DB, 8 way, SPN, double door factory made powder coated including neutral and earth link connector flush fixed in wall complete including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS box double door with locking arrangement of suitable size (as per existing size) made out of MS CRCA sheet 3 mm thick with two coat of synthetic enamaled paint over a coat of red oxide primer for make necessary arrangement for mounting 8 way SPN DB including grouted in wall and making surface good as per existing one all as specified and as directed

Schedule 'A' -Part III (External Electrification)

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed Note:Excavation, PCC cable cover and Sand for cushioning shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed

Excavation in tranches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth getting out soft/disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed

M&L for fine river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as directed and as specified. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV, type I, flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm with ISI mark all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated material all as specified and as directed

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed

Supply and laying GI tubing laid in trenches for GI tubing 80 mm dia light grade for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed

M&L in repair for existing damaged earthing near explosive area provision of electrogrip safe chemical earthing , electrode made of 17mm dia 250micron copper bonded rod, 3 mtr long with connecting strip head with SS fastener, inspection joint box and also connect copper strip with electrode rod and inspection joint box with nut, bolts and GI washers etc . The electrodes will be filled with highly conductive non-corrosive crystalline conductive mixture with connective arrangement for connection of strip/cable etc. The electrode will be installed along with conductive and low resistance powder tested to the resistivity of 0.2 ohms as per IEC 62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 connected to copper strip by means of nut bolts check nuts and washer of GI or steel including necessary drilling in earth upto 3 mtr in any type of soil for inserting electrode in any type of strata, HDPE earth pit cover of suitable size and earth pit cover with frame including chemical using for such type of earthing all as specified and as directed

M&L for test point terminal block made out of gun metal 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed including three Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws and including provision of suitable MS box made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet to accommodate the terminal block all as specified and as directed

M&L for laying GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade use for the protection of copper strip all as specified and as directed

S&F Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm fix on porcelain insulator for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level as lighting conductor (including insulator) for building /store shed all as directed including removing the old unserviceable strips all as specified and as directed

S&F Air termination, single pointed Copper Rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long as specified and directed .
