M&L for applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm and providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weight not less 160 gm per Sqm having softening point not less than 140 Degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N per 5 cm teasing strength of 180N with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch. Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen over the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm and applying a coat of aluminium paint as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium door panel/ window panel size exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 2.2 Sqm and tightening the door easing, replacing of joining cleats, glazing clips rubber neoprene packing, snap beading screws floor spring pivots etc if required and refixing to the existing frame all as directed. (Note: Floor spring and pivot will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass other parts made of mild steel heavy duty for aluminium door complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) average 25 mm thick with water proofing compound at 3 percent, finished even and smooth in sunken floor portion etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1 : 4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth in sunken portion without using extra cement etc complete as specified and as directed. Material and labour for cleaning of surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections by wire brushing and applying a coat of blown bitumen 85 / 25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer and over that laying water proofing treatment of APP based polymeric membrane 3 Kg per Sqm, and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gm per sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall fan, dismantling blades and removing fan and refixing ceiling fan after completion of re-wiring and connecting up by cleaning / oiling etc including provision of 3core flexible round cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as directed.
