Supplying and placing premium quality Double Bed of overall size approximately 2020 mm × 1900 mm, made of approved quality seasoned wood frame, complete with upholstered headboard of approximately 650 mm height and upholstered footboard of approximately 510 mm height, cushioned with high-density foam and upholstered in approved fabric finish, including side supports, centre supports, mattress support system, polishing in approved shade and colour, and all necessary fittings, fixtures, screws, brackets, hardware and accessories complete in all respects, including transportation, loading, unloading and installation at site, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, delivering and placing Wooden Side Table of overall size approximately 415 mm × 415 mm × 525 mm high, comprising 25 mm thick top, 315 mm × 315 mm base of 45 mm thickness and decorative central pedestal section of approximately 95 mm × 95 mm, constructed from approved quality seasoned hardwood/engineered wood, finished with premium quality polish in approved shade and colour, complete with all necessary fittings, fixtures, screws, adhesives, finishing materials, loading, unloading, transportation and installation, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of Dining Table Set made of approved quality seasoned teak wood with premium polished finish, comprising one dining table of size approximately 1750 mm × 915 mm × 770 mm high, provided with 10 mm thick glass top fixed over wooden frame with designer wooden legs, and complete with matching wooden chairs of overall height approximately 950 mm, seat height approximately 470 mm and seat width approximately 400 mm, having cushioned seat arrangement upholstered in approved fabric/leatherette finish, including all necessary fittings, fixtures, hardware, polishing, loading, unloading, transportation and installation, complete in all respects as per approved design, sample and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of premium quality branded double bed Mattress of size 75" × 35" × 6" (1905 mm × 890 mm × 150 mm), manufactured by reputed brands such as Sleepwell, Kurlon, Duroflex, or equivalent approved brand, made of high-density PU foam/coir foam combination with superior comfort layers, covered with premium quilted knitted fabric having anti-allergic and breathable properties. The mattress shall be durable, sag-resistant, ergonomically designed for optimum comfort and support, complete with stitched edges, protective fabric cover, manufacturer’s standard warranty, and all necessary loading, unloading, transportation and placing at site, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of premium quality branded Cushion Pillow of standard size approximately 685 mm × 460 mm (27" × 18"), filled with high-quality virgin polyester microfiber/hollow conjugated siliconized fibre providing soft feel, resilience and long-lasting shape retention, enclosed in premium quality breathable cotton or cotton-blended fabric cover with neatly stitched finish. The pillow shall be anti-allergic, odour-free, lightweight and suitable for regular use in premium guest house, complete with all loading, unloading, transportation and placing at site, as approved and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing premium quality Stainless Steel Towel Stand manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel with satin/mirror finish, of approved design and size, comprising sturdy base and multiple towel holding arms/rods suitable for bathroom use. The towel stand shall be corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, durable and neatly finished with smooth edges, complete with all necessary fittings, fixtures, fasteners, hardware, transportation, installation and fixing in position, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of premium quality Laundry Basket with Handles, having minimum capacity of approximately 50–60 litres, manufactured from high-quality woven synthetic resin/rattan, durable polypropylene or equivalent approved material, with sturdy integrated side handles for easy carrying. The basket shall be lightweight, moisture-resistant, easy to clean, well-ventilated and suitable for storage and handling of laundry. The item shall be of superior finish, free from defects and complete with all accessories, loading, unloading, transportation and placing at site, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying premium quality Double Dohar of size approximately 84" × 108" (2135 mm × 2745 mm), manufactured by Bombay Dyeing or equivalent approved brand, made from superior quality cotton/mulmul cotton fabric with soft cotton filling, lightweight, breathable and suitable for all-season use. The dohar shall be reversible, colourfast as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying premium quality Bath Mat of size approximately 50 cm × 80 cm, manufactured by Eminence or equivalent approved brand, made from superior quality cotton/microfibre fabric with high absorbency, soft texture and anti-skid properties. The bath mat shall be durable, colourfast, quick-drying, machine washable and suitable for use in bathrooms and guest rooms as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying premium quality Egyptian Cotton Bath Towel of size not less than 70 cm × 140 cm, made from 100% combed Egyptian cotton with minimum 600 GSM or higher, having superior softness, high absorbency, durability and colourfastness. suitale for suites and guest houses use. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
