Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of excavated material n. exc 50 m to a distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc in cement mortar, all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for glazed 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 (factory made) conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete in roof kerb or mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment of size 30cmx30cmx22 to 25mm thick, shape and colour approved by the GE, highly abrasive and skid resistant, impact resistant, chemically treated, ISI marked (IS 13801) compressive strength of 300 Kg/Sqcm laid in floor, set, jointed & pointed with neat cement slurry with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over & including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted stone masonry built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and as directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 12.00 above but except stone.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L flush pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping benching and bed blocks etc including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished rough complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of GI mesh wire, any size and type confirming to IS-2721-1979, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 05 cm but not exc 10 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 12 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel flat iron 50x6mm conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) for fixing chain link fencing etc including necessary cutting, bending up to required size including fixing bolt and nut and drilling hole etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete, all as specified & directed.Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Restraining & resecuring existing galvanized steel barbed wire including making good staples etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dismantling of existing galvanized iron steel barbed wire / Chain link fencing shall be measured & paid for separately.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n.exe 250 Sq. cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops including neccessary formwork as directed and fixed complete all as specified and directed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 28 here-in-above but 6mm to 8mm dia.

Supply and fixing mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-250 (Fe 410W) for fixing in chain link wire fencing, including necessary cutting bending etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work as in door, gate etc, but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as directed.

S&F ornamental and intricate design framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing portions framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, handle sliding bolts, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint ( Ist quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone wall surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster with cement sand mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
