Dismantling of Transformers of any type and size/ Cap. by taking out electric connection and shifting to nearby site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type of 200 KVA capacity of transformer step down 11/0.433 KV( at no load ), copper wound, AC supply 3 phase, 4 wire 50 HZ, oil immersed, Air naturally ( ONAN ) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary (HV side) and star connected on secondary (LV side) in accordance with vector group DYN 11 with neutral brought out on secondry side ( LV side ) having tapping at 7.5% + Insteps of 2.5 % each HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsies, complete with all standard fittings as per IS-1180/2014 and shall comprise of the following:-

(a) One No cable box on LT side (secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with brass rods with nuts bolts and washers complete. with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out XLPE Cable including gland, Joint and Jointing material (b) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (c) De-hydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (Silica gel) (d) Explosive vent for release of pressure will be provided on the cover. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range (0-120) degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum parameter reading, temperature indicator with re-setting device for transformer (g) Two earthing terminal In LT Side box to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral & body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate ( Diagramplate )

Battery & Battery Charger – 1 No. 12 V Battery complete with all leads shall be provided with each DG Set. Each battery shall have sufficient capacity to give 10 nos. successive starting impulse to the engine.

Governing System – The Engine shall be supplied with Mechanical Governor for DG Set rating 25 KVA . This governor shall be directly mounted on the engine to enable the speed variation from idling speed to the maximum load speed.

Acoustic Enclosure : This is a special sheet metal fabricated on CNC machine and Powder coated. The enclosure is designed for reducing the sound level to 75 dB (A) (average) all round in green field, as per IS: 8528 Part 10 as per approved CPCB IV norms.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil exc. 50 mtr but n. exc. 250 mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point etc complete all as directed.

M & L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed . NOTE: - Punned thickness shall be measurement & paid.

Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection all as specified and directed

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth lead connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete . Note : On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
