| 8 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) indoor type suitable for 11KV having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, 630 Amps, 25 KA for 3 Sec for incomer confirming to IEC 62271-200, class front accessed comprising with items including taking down old unserviceable VCB and deposited in MES Store yard.
(a) 630 Amp continuous rated electrolytic copper bus bars, droppers and bus bars should be insulated with full system voltage sleeves of Raychem or equivalent.
(b) Trolley mounted vacuum circuit breaker as per IEC 62271-100. Vacuum circuit breaker should have three no resin encapsulated vacuum bottles.
(c) Motorized spring charging mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual spring charge.
(d) Cast resin current transformer 11 KV, 100-50/5-5A, Core1 :class1.0, 15 VA, Core2:5P10, 15VA
(e) Closing & Tripping Coil Suitable for 24 V DC
(f) Cast resin potential transformer 11KV/V3/110V/V3/110V/3, 50VA, CI 1.0, CI 3P and HT fuse at the primary end and 04 pole MCB at the secondary end of the PT.
(g) Accessories like local remote switch, breaker control switch (T-N-C), space heater with thermostat, DC & AC control circuit through MCB, indicating Lamps for RYB, Spring charge, DC supply healthy, breaker ON/OFF, breaker in SERVICE/ TEST as per manufacturer.
(h) Multifunction meter
(j) Digital Ammeter and Digital voltmeter.

(d) Pre-commissioning test of panel shall be carried out be EI from HQ CESWC or rep of AO with in overall quoted rate.
(e) Any modification required to match the system with existing system is deemed to be included in overall cost quoted by contractor.
(f) Pre dispatch inspection of panels can be carried out at factory premise by rep of Accepting Officer within over all quoted rate of the item. Decision of Accepting Officer shall be final in this regards. | - | - | - | - |
