Removing of existing unserviceable plywood top from GI pipe charpoy, tightening all check nuts, elbows, long rails, short rails and legs to hold the charpoy tight by welding the elbows and legs with two spots on each side and supply and fixing 12mm thick commercial plywood of grade BWR of size 6-1/2' to 7' x 3' (cut to suitable size to charpoy GI pipe) fixed with 06 Nos stainless steel nuts & bolts of 6 mm dia & suitable length complete all as specified and as directed. (Drawing No FD-220).

Removing of existing unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI pipe charpoy nylon newar, tightening all check nuts, elbows, long rails, short rails and legs to hold the charpoy tight by welding the elbows and legs with two spots on each side and supply and fixing 12mm thick commercial plywood of grade BWR of size 6-1/2' to 7' x 3' (cut to suitable size to charpoy GI pipe) fixed with 06 Nos stainless steel nuts & bolts of 6 mm dia & suitable length complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing of two middle support of flat iron 35mmx6mm thick equal shape to be welded on long rails as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Nos L type bracket made of angle iron 35mmx35mmx6mm, 35mm long should be welded on each short & long rail 150mm from corner including providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete as direected for fixing of ply wood on each Charpoy GI pipe nylon newar.

Removing of old unserviceable elbow from charpoy GI pipe and Supply and fixing new 3 way GI elbow of 32 mm bore (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Drwaing No.FD-220)

S&F PVC seat and back made out of 4mm thick sheet of PPCP for chair varandah weight not less than 1.85 Kg (each chair) including scraping and cleaning the old existing painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and providing 04 Nos rubber shoes to each chair complete including removing old existing broken/ unserviceable plastic sheet all as specified and directed.(Drg No FD/MAP-II/06)

Removing old unserviceable top of Teapoy Varandah (FD-383) & S & F new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with one side teak finish and other side white exterior grade with 6mm thick first class hard wood edging complete duly polished. Rest all as per drawing. (FD-383)

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of teapoy verandah and spray painting in two coats with first grade white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.(FD-383)
