Supply,installation and testing in replacement of 100 LPD solar flat plate collector suitable for existing solar water heating system, having high grade copper riser tube, copper header pipe (02 nos of 25 mm dia size each), absorber plate made of copper duly black crome coated, tempered glass, fiberglass insulation, rubber gasket inluding connection with existing system complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge.The System shall be BIS/ISI marked and MNRE approved. Note: Any kind of addition/alteration, if required, to fit new panel in place of existing, the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra payment will be made in this effect.

S&F in replacement of industrial immersion heater of size, 3.0 KW, 240 Volt, 50HZ ISI marked built in thermostat suitable for solar water heating system, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

S&F in replacement of industrial immersion heater of size, 6.0 KW, 240 Volt, 50HZ ISI marked built in thermostat suitable for solar water heating system, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

S&F in replacement of copper conductor cable of size 2x6 sq mm+1x6sq mm with PVC insulation,FRLS outer sheath suitable for 1100 Volt grade laid /drawn through conduit including all required connection complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

S&F in replacement of copper conductor cable of size 2x4 sq mm+1x4sq mm with PVC insulation,FRLS outer sheath suitable for 1100 Volt grade laid /drawn through conduit including all required connection complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe in replacement of , 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 16 sq. mm 4 core solid conductor complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Rigid Mild steel conduit, black/brown colour, size 25 mm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

M&L for dismantling of existing solar flat plate collector of solar heating system, comprising of inspection, descaling, brushing and cleaning of collector panel, riser tubes, header tubes, heat absorber tubes, connecting pipes and repairing of leakage, if any, using welding/brazing and refixing the panel on same position incl nuts, bolts, washers,gasekit etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Cutting existing steel tubing of 20 mm to 50 mm bore of pipe for alterations or additions (Each cut measured)

Screwing existing steel tubing of 20 mm to 50 mm bore of pipe for alterations or additions (or lengthening screw on pipe to from connector)
