Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) padding as roof , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

S&F 3mm thick frosted/pin head glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with bead/glazing pins in squares any size in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 in two layers (10+5mm) on brick masonary of brick work surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work, concrete sruface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, chajja etc, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for breaking/dismentling, cleaning of loose concrete, replacement of corressive reinforcement, filling plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate using approved bonding chamical (from Fosroc/STP/Sikka/ Dr. Fixit) at places like chajja, sunshades, roof projection, fascia, beams, columns etc including necessary scafolding, formwork etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Taking out peeled off plaster/ concrete surface, providing rust coating of PHRB-167/ rust free SHIELDOXY over old reinforcement and welded with new required reinforcemet, applying bonding adhesive chemical of STP/Fosroc over old concrete and M&L for plastering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc, making the edges in line, in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel frames for doors/windows of size 125x60mm (1.25mm thick MS sheet) with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, duly filling of cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to back of chowkhats, painted with a shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc (divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads and fitted to chowkats for securing glass/gauge. Size of stiles rails and other parts as per clause 8.24 (a) of SSR Part-I complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled shutters of 2nd class hard wood, two panels with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50 x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end overlap of membrane. (d) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm or as prescribed by manufacture of membrane/ directed by Engr-in-charge.
