Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted .

1.The tenderer should submit proposed methodology and programme of construction backed with equipment and material planning, & deployment duly supported with broad calculation and quality management , plan, proposed to be adopted justifying their capability of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications and within the stipulated period of completion. 2. The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. 3. The cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable.4. 0riginal documents / Certificates for pre qualification shall be produced at the time of opening of bid. 5.Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders. 6.As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund. 7.Tenderer should follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act .8. If the successful tenderers quoted rates are below the CSR of the work for which tenders are invited, the tenderer should submit difference amount in the form of cash / Bankers cheque / D.D./ Pay order / B.G. / Small Savings instruments pledged to Executive Engineer, PWD Division, Tumkur, at the time of agreement. If he / she failed to submit the difference amount (un balanced amount) at time of agreement, action will be taken as per the departmental procedure.

1.The employer reserves the rights to reject one or all Tenders without assigning any reasons.2. All the formats prescribes in the bid document shall be filled by the Tenderer in complete manner other wise it will be rejected. 3.The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Standard Bid document KW-1. 4. In case if the death of a contractor, after executing the agreement / commencement of the work, his legal heir, is an eligible registered contractor and is willing, can execute and complete the work, at the accepted tender rates, irrespective of the cost of the work. 5.The contractors assessed tender capacity will be calculated asper the clauses of Standard document attached. 6. Further particulars, if any, required by the Contractor can be had from the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD, Division, Tumkur during office hours on all working days.7. Department will not supply any materials.

MSME and NSIC Certificates are not valid as EMD payment as per GO.295/2019/ Dt. 26-03-2019.

1.The contractor should maintain the work for the period of One year after the completion of the work at his own cost. 2.All the terms in the tender include all lead lift, loading, unloading, transportation, labour, hire chares of machinery , curing for concrete works.

1.Contractors PWD Registred Class IV and Above can participate in this Tender. 2. The Turnover certificate should be obtained from the Chartered Accountant having UDIN number, if failed to satisfy the condition the tender will be Rejected
