Supply & delivery of 12.5 m Polygonal High Mast Tower pole in shaft shape, continously tappered saction having dimension and thickness as reqd in the design made from high tensile steel conforming to SEN 109.25gr $355 , high mast system tower with 1 to 3ph motor trolley top ring moving crane incorporated as per modern mechanical standard as per iS standard dimension of Bottom A/F 340 rem, Top A/F 150 body sheet thickness of 3/3mm, Baseplaate PCD flange Dia 440mm, Foundation bolt M24/750x6 which its accessories , Mast shaft shall be given in two section Hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875/1987 part3. It shall also include accessories for hIgh Mast including Head frame with min 1.5 inch dia suitable for Flood Light Installation.Inside wiring arrangement loop box of IP-65 for o/g to luminarires on top amount on mast [Pole Make: HMI-Galpol/ Utkarsh/ BPP, Kolkata Pole after apvd. as per EIC WITH cheking QA which is subject to approve by technical authority]

Construction of suitable shallow reinforced foundation as per standard design as per the manufacturer with 1:1:3 cement concrete M-20 gr for High Mast co9nsidering the safe soil bearing capacity at size as 1.07 sq mtr TMT steel as per iS and about said depth along with suitable dimension that confirms safe bear of high mast with around height of 300mm above ground inc all material and labour incl the cost of one set 6 Nos of foundation nuts and bolts of M24/750mmx6 Nos made out of tor steel and installation at site with wiring complete in all respect . the civil foundation work incl for erection of 17.5mtr high mast tower by earth work in excavation of foundation trench approx zone base of CC 900x900x1500mm &CC 900x900x300mm faced up to base plate incl removing soil and neccessary trimming the side of trench levelling and dressing and around 3.25Sqmm soiling with Jhama picked bricks & M20 CC Shallowed above soiling and under top foundation with 1x1.3mtr arm of top foundation and 150mm depth complet as per modern engineering practice

Erection of 12.5mtr High Mast over the civil foundation bolts with the help of Trolley placed moving crane and using other random engineering practices along with luminaries installation to the end top ring bracket by siutable technoques and incl necsssary electrical connection in proper electrical system eg. socketing etc. complete

Fixing only floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for remounting on pole/tower or similar structure

Dual Channel Digital 24 hr & Twilight DIN Ch. Timer Systemin Inside of a 165WG MS sheet panel box as per suitable dimension with GL above 1 Mtr (For Energy Saving Special Cut-off system as ref. on Comment Section*** Supply, Fitting, fixing & connection of following materials Switch gears list: (a) MNX12 contracter 2 No. (b) DPMCB Standard Rating & Make Apvd by EIC= 2 Nos (c) Time Switch (Digital)=2 Nos (accesories make: L&T/Legrand/Crabtree) etc connections incl chair 3 pole connector as I/C etc all complete as per modern engineering practice.

Supplying of cable power Supplier end to panel wiring cable incovering 11KV gr 4 Core Al Armoured 16mm2 make Polycab/Havella/Gloster/Finolex/KEI with necy Crimping sockets

Laying of one No cable upto 35sqmm in underground trench 460mm widex760mm average depth with brick protection on the top of cable with 8 Nos brick per mtr incl fitting the space between the brick and cable and also the trench with shifte soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supplying of 4 core 10 sq. mm unarmourded Cu Cable trailing cable inside through the pole

Supplying & faxing medium gauge 50 mm dia GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and Jointing metarials as required

Earthing Installation with Pipe Electrode: Earthing with 50 mm (ISI-M) dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1x4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. 5 & F 15 mm dia Gl pipe protection(1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below:

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.35 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) GI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, Gl reducer Including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the Gi pipe

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt and charcoal or coli for plate electrode

Soil Excavation for Earthing: Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil.

Equipment earthing: Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar Including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with Gl saddles as required and connection to equipments Ind. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

S&F Lighting conductor Air terminals made of 15mm dia 1500mm long GI pipe having five prongs of 4 SWG GI wire at top witj 85mm dia 6mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl necy holes etc duly growted on the top pole by suitable arrangement bolts screws etc as reqd

Aviation Warning Light SITC Integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure on the top of the pole by suitable means with necy. connections etc complete. [Make:Bajaj,Model:BGAV 302 LED or similar eqv as per EIC]

Supply and fixing of marble Plaque mentioning the work description and others details related to work/scheme to be forced by masonary means at suitable places as directed by EIC
