Outsourcing of services and operation of water supply installation regularly by operating of Standby DG Set including their necessary periodical maintenance and keeping running record of DG set by providing operator skilled category of worker for morning, evening and night shift at Signal Centre/E/M installation complete all as specified and directed by the GE/Eng-in-charge. The operation consists of three (03) shifts in a day (i.e. Each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The details of operation of installations also comprising the works as mentioned in Note under detial item No 7 here-in-after.

The operation consists of three (03) shifts in a day (i.e. Each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The operation consists of three (03) shifts in a day (i.e. Each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Outsourcing of services and operation of water supply installation regularly comprising of pumping sets and Standby DG Set installed adjacent to pump house including their necessary periodical maintenance and keeping running record of pumping set and DG set by providing pump operator semi skilled category of worker for morning, evening and night shift of water supply pump house at behind "ASC Pump House" complete all as specified and directed by the GE/Eng-in-charge. The operation consists of three (03) shifts in a day (i.e. Each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The details of operation of installations also comprising the works as mentioned in Note under derial item No 7 here-in-after.

Material and labour for testing of water sample of various borewells covered under this contract from Govt water test laboratory or from laboratory as approved by Garrison Engineer for all biological / chemical test as essential for potable water at an interval not more than six months or as directed by the Eng-in-charge.

Outsourcing of services and operation of water supply installation regularly comprising of pumping sets including their necessary periodical maintenance and keeping running record of pumping set by providing pump operator semi skilled category of worker for each shift of water supply pump house at old Sector ‘A’ Pump House complete all as specified and directed by the GE/Eng-in-charge. The operation consists of two (02) shifts in a day from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs (i.e. Each shift is having 8 hours of duration) on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The details of operation of installations also comprising the works as mentioned here-in-below and cost elements shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. Notes for item No 1 to 5 & 7 here-in-before :- (a) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of india/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (b) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (c) Tenderer's are required to quote their rates upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (d) Nil or 'Zero' quoting against OH & profit will be rated as non-bonafide. (e) In case of tie in amount between two or more bidder firms, the preference shall be given in order of following criterias :- (i) Class of contractor (ii) Work load return (iii) Financial soundness (as per solvency certificate issued by Bank) (f) The details of operation of above mentioned pumping installations also comprising the following works :- (i) Operation of pumping set timing shall be all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Installation comprising with pumping sets, equipments, LT switch gear etc. shall be manned round the clock including Sunday & Holidays. (iii) Operating sluice valves at over head reservoir / tank to supply the water to the users time to time and maintaining the timing as laid down & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iv) Adding Bleaching powder/Altoch GP/Sodium Hypochloride/ Poly aluminium chloride powder as directed in the water main through bleaching dozer/chemical dozing pump installed at pump house as per requirement in order to get 1.00 PPM residual chlorine in water at source and 0.2 to 0.5 PPM result at the user end.(Materials shall be issue under Sch 'B'. (v) Operating DG set (stand by) as and when required or main supply goes off including maintenance (daily maintenance) of DG set and maintaining daily log sheet. (vi) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the water supply installation neat and clean on every day and maintain seasonal flower/decorative plants in front of pump house including cutting of grass inside fencing and outside 3 metre around fencing of the installation. (vii) Testing of water sample twice in a shift at the out let of test point and recording test result in a register and to be got signed by Engineer-in-Charge and maintaining the consumption of Bleaching powder/Altoch GP/Sodium Hypochloride solution/Poly aluminium chloride powder which will be issued under Sch ‘B’ free for mixing and to collect from MES store yard time to time as & when required. (viii) DHPP and Engine Oil required for running DG Set will be issued under Sch ‘B’ free for filling and to be collected from MES store yard time to time as and when required. (ix) Proper log sheets and register for running of DG Set and reason of running to be maintained including accounting of POL consumption and collection of POL from MES store yard time to time as and when required. (x) Proper log sheets for running of the pump & plant to be maintained. (xi) Carry out weekly maintenance of electrical panels installed in pump house and Intimate Engr-in-Charge immediately for any defects /break down/repairs required. (xii) Carry out tightening of nuts & bolts, replace when required, applying gland packing and greasing, including minor repairs. (xiii) All the documentation such as log sheets, daily attendance register shall be maintained as per existing procedure in vogue in the format enclosed. (o) It will be ensured by contractor that without chlorinated water shall not be suppied to user end at any cost failing which a penalty of Rs 2000/- for each failure will be recovered from the contractor's due. (xiv) The contractor shall be responsible to provide all necessary tools to his staffs required for minor repairs and will provide required protective mask and sanitizers to the operators.
