M&L welding to chair verandah where required and filling properly at places of welding point. Welding shall be done all round the conduit pipe and all welding and filling at one broken point shall be measured as one point ie one unit.
M&L 04 nos of hard rubber toe in legs of chair verandah including removal of broken rubber toe.
M&L scrapping of surface of chair verandah frame with emery paper making smooth surface and applying one coat of white synthetic enameled paint all as directed.
Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar and M&L reweaving of chair verandah with, 50 to 55mm wide light colour new nylon newar of superior and approved quality not recycled and weight not less than 0.50 kg per chair closely woven both side in seat and back complete.
Removing of old unserviceable plastic cane from chair verandah and M&L reweaving of chair verandah with plastic cane ½ round, 4mm wide, 0.40mm thick with superior and approved quality closely woven.
Polishing description (for 6.01 to 6.05) : M&L preparation of wooden surfaces by cleaning, scrapping through electric grinder and smoothing of surfaces with sand paper and applying one coat of French polish on the wooden part of furniture. Minor repair of tightening with fevicol/bamboo pins/ screws/nails shall be done before polishing

Repairs to Charpoy GI. Drag No FD 220
Tightening of elbow, check nut, removing of unserviceable nylon newar and M&L reweaving of charpoy GI pipe with 50mm to 55mm wide non recycled nylon newar of light colour, closely woven both side.Weight of newar shall not less than 1.50 Kgs per charpoy as directed.
Removing of old long rail of Charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fix new long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly threaded both sides as required. Drg No FD-220 Note : 1. Old long rail as retrieved shall be used for converting short rail under item No 9.03 and charges for converting is included in unit rate of item No 9.03 here-in-after. 2. GI pipe shall be arrange by the contractor and pipe shall be ISI marked.
Conversion of long rails of Charpoy GI Pipe (retrieved under item No 9.02) into short rail by cutting/finishing to shape and threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail. Drg No FD-220 Note : Old short rail retrieved shall be used for converting the leg under item No 9.04 and charges for converting is included in the unit rate of item No 9.04 here-in-after.
Conversion of short rails of Charpoy GI Pipe (retrieved under item No 9.03) into leg rail by cutting/finishing to shape and threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail.Drg No FD-220.
