Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (inlcuding backfilling, levelling of area, removal of existing debris/waste/reinforcement/concrete etc., area should be levelled such that fencing top and bottom are aligned in horizontal and matching with surface leveled)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (including top surface of concrete should be rectangular and above the ground level)(mixing will be done as per directives of Engineer-in-charge, and if any mixed material is left on ground, it should be propoerly disposed off and site shall be washed/ cleared)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Providing and fixing mild steel grill gate as approved including hinges, locking arrangements and painting in three coats of oil paint of approved colour and shade etc. complete.(weight 18 Kilogram. to 20 Kilogram. Per Sq.m.) As directed by Engineer- in-charge. (Design shall be aprpoved by AIIMS Nagpur

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections & Wire mesh fencing including fixed base of RCC/CC foundation & credit to Chain link fabric fencing item (it also includes removal of any debris/ concrete demolition and clearning of site by removing waste material to lead 50-100 metres)
