Job contract for Operation and Maintenance (both preventive and breakdown) of various Electrical & Mechanical installations of NITB, OTB, Service Block, New ATC cum Technical Block, STP, Residential Colony, Car Parking Area, Ancillary Buildings/offices in city side consisting of Internal & External installations, 33/0.433 kV Substation, 200 KLD STP, Water pumping system, etc. i/c operation of Escalators, Elevators & Conveyor Belts along with tools and plants required etc. in shifts on all days including Sundays and public holidays complete as required as per terms and conditions of the contract. (**Total Manpower Not less than 57 nos. Including Reliever)

Annual Maintenance contract 0f 200 KLD STP comprising of both preventive and breakdown maintenance along with replacement of worn out /defective components including consumables/ chemicals/ spares such as chlorine dosing, grease filling gasket replacement etc. complete etc. as required.

Providing Overhauling of 200 KLD STP including replacement of multi media filter, activated carbon filter, mbbr media, bacteria, strainer, rubber gasket, nut bolts etc, alongwith carrying out the quarterly testing of treated water from CSPCB approved lab to meet the requirements as per the environmental consent and as per design data etc complete as required as per the terms and special conditions of the contract. Approximate Quantity of Material: Multi Media Filter - 600 KG, Activated Carbon Filter - 200 KG, MBBR Media - 4 Sq. Feet, Rubber Gasket - 4 Piece, Nut Bolt - 25 KG, Bacteria - 2 KG, Strainer - 200 Each.

Overhauling of the Multigrade Sand Filter, Dual Media Filter with Multigrade quartz sand and anthracite (Capacity : 27600 LPH, Filtration : 18-20 Cum/sqm/hrs.) and Water Softener having media for softener with cation exchange resin, brine tank. (Inlet : upto 400 ppm, Outlet : Commercial zero (<5ppm)) capacity : 13200 LPH)

Complete items of CPWD Schedule of Rates - 2018. Executions of DSR items 2018 of amount Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rate shall be quoted in % age above/below which shall be excluding GST).

Servicing of following 33 KV / 0.433 KV Circuit Breakers alongwith carrying out the maintenance/service as per the manufacturers recommendations and submission of service reports etc., twice during the contract period complete as required.

Inspection, Testing, adjusting, preventive maintenance of 33/0.433 KV, 1600 KVA VOLTAMP make oil cooled transformer to assess the overall healthiness of the transformer by OEM i/c Overhauling of OLTC, checking, adjusting of RTCC and submission of reports etc. complete as required. Dehydration/Filtration of transformer oil to attain acceptable di-electric strength by hot streamline process for the oil cooled transformers, voltage regulators/stabilizers including transportation of equipment, Trial of Tap changer electrical and mechanical operation, refilling of Transformer Oil, OLTC to converter levelsubmission of test reports etc. as required. (Tentative Qty. of Each Transformer 1955 ltrs.) As required. Supply & top up of transformer oil for transformer, voltage regulator/OLTC/stabilizers as required.

Supply of new transformer oil for transformer, OLTC as required having relevent IS standard.

Supply & Replacement of Silica Gel Breather for Voltamp make 33/0.433KV, 1600 KVA Transformers.

Supply of following spares for the OLTCs of 33/0.433 KV, 1600 KVA Transformers, as per requirement. a) Supply of Fixed Contact -10.00 b) Supply of Main Moving Contacts-3.00 c) Supply of Top/bottom cover gasket-3.00 d) Supply of Transition Resistance-3.00 e) Supply of Silica Gel Breather-3.00 f) Supply of Gasket Sheet(6 MM Thickness, 915mm Length)-3.00 g) Supply of Oil seal for Mechanism Centre shaft-3.00

Inspection, Testing, adjusting, preventive maintenance of 33/0.433 KV, 800 kVA VOLTAMP make dry type transformer to assess the overall healthiness of the transformer by OEM i/c Overhauling of tap changer, checking, adjusting of RTCC and submission of reports etc. complete as required. Trial of Tap changer electrical and mechanical operation, submission of test reports etc. as required.

Spray painting of electrical panels, feeder pillar box, DBs, metal structures, members, equipments etc., with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour (all shades except black or chocolate shade) by using spray gun to give an even shade including cleaning the rusted area, scrapping of surface, applying metal primer on rusted surface, covering of meters, switches, glass etc. with masking stickers etc.,as required.

Painting of following MS street light pole, using one coat of metal primer on rusted surface and two coats of approved aluminium paint including scrapping and thoroughly cleaning the surface, as required as per the directions of Engineer- in-Charge.

Lifting and lowering of upto 10 HP submersible motor along with column pipe detaching one length of column pipe from rest of column pipe by opening nut and bolts in this manner taking out entire pump system and lowering of entire pump system in the reverse order of the above process including chain block and supporting pipes transportation, testing and commissioning etc as required (up to 3 inch G.I. Pipe).

Rewinding and overhauling of ceiling fans of size upto 1400mm sweep with copper winding, replacement of bearings as required including assembling testing, transportation charges etc. (old/burnt copper need not to be returned).

Rewinding and overhauling of submersible pump of power upto 5HP with copper winding, replacement of bearing, lead cable etc. as required including assembling testing, to and fro transportation from the site to workshop etc. (old/burnt copper need not to be returned).

Repairing of Hand Drier including replacement of heating coil, sensor and other associated accessories etc. as required.

Supply of Matt finish, 304 grade Stainless steel automatic, touch free infrared activated type wall mounting Hand dryer suitable for 230 V, 50 HZ, 1 Ph supply as required. (Make: Euronics, Model: EH27 or Technocrats T 107 SS or equivalent)

Supply of Indian National Flag of size 20ft x 30ft. in 100% knitted polyester (140gsm), with reinforced super strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope/toggle sleeve.

Providing 01 No. Vehicle i.e. TATA Sumo/Mahindra Bolero, Mahindra Camper or Equivalent, Vehicle model or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for full month including Saturday, Sunday and all national holidays without driver in two shifts per day (One shift of 08 Hrs. total 16 Hrs.) for each vehicle with fuel expenses, minor and major maintenance etc. has to be carried out by agency without any delay, limited to 1200 Kms per vehicle per month as per condition of contract.
