Repair/Calibration of rotary fuel injection pump of the inspection vehicle (Scorpio JK02AD 3111) with allied works.

Amount

a.Repair/calibration to the rotary fuel injection pump after dismantling of the pump from the vehicle thereafter dismantling of all the allied components of the fuel injection pump and then cleaning of all the parts with petrol. The job includes the replacement of all the damaged parts like guide bush,cross disc, V.E pump repair kit, Accelerator Bush, water body kit etc. Assembling / fitting of all the parts of the fuel injection pump including checking/testing of the pump on the calibration machine with setting of pressure of all the nozzles along with grinding/servicing including its refitting back to the vehicle. The job includes the cost of material and labour charges. b.Four wheel checking of the vehicle by way of dismantling of front/rear wheels from the vehicle, replacement of front/rear wheel oil seals 2no. each, front wheel master cylinder kit along with replacement of front wheel bearings 2no. of the vehicle. The job further includes replacement of front /rear brake lining sets 2no. each. Topping of brake oil including greasing of all the wheel bearings and then refitting of all the wheels back to the vehicle with alignment thereafter. The job includes the cost of material and labour charges. c.Dismantling of differential unit from the vehicle. Replacement of damaged clutch plate (1no), pressure plate 1 no. of the vehicle. The job further includes dismantling of front/rear leaf spring assembly from the vehicle, replacement of damaged rear leaf 1no, and re tensioning of all the leaf springs and the assembling and refitting of all the front/ rear leaf spring assembly back to the vehicle including replacement/fitting of 3 nos of U-bolts. The job includes the cost of material and labour charges. Complete Job The Rebate on old damaged parts/scrap should be quoted in the rebate column provided in BOQ
