Material and labour for cleaning of swimming pool (size 25mx13.5mx4m) by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water The quoted cost shall be including acid or other cleaninng chemical required to cleaning of pool bottom and wall tiles or using pressure jet pump or suction pump for lifting of waste water from pool surface to out side of pool complete in all respect all as specified and directed.by Engineer-In-Charge. Note - Quoted rates shall include for filling the swimming pool with water and de-watering as per requirement. The water shall be provided by department for filling Pool.

Material and labour for cleaning level tank for swimming pool using acid and bleacing powder for cleaning purpose and other suitable methods before filling as required at site all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note - Quoted rates shall include for filling the level tank for pool with water and de-watering as per requirement. The water shall be provided by department for filling Pool.

Testing of potable water sample collected from Air force stn Bhisina swimming pool and testing report required through Govt/NABL accrediated laboratory as approved by GE as per BIS - 10500-2012. The Following tests shall be carried out as under. (i) Temperature (ii) Turbidity (iii) Colour (iv) Total hardness , Mineral Oil , residual chlorine (v) Calcium (vi) Magnesium (vii) Total Alkalinity (viii) Chloride, Phenolic Compounds (as MBAS) (ix) Total disolved solids (x) Flouride. COD , BOD, E-Coil, bacteria.

Supply and Pouring Non Ferric alum type crystal, white appearance, superior grade after making in liquid form to dosing plant. Note: The quoted unit cost shall deem to be include mixing and dosing on daily basis upto completion of Contract. The qunatity of material shall be decided by AGE E/M.The Make and sample shall be approved by GE.

M&L for opening pump set self priming type 3 phase 415 volt of capacity up to 05 HP, from motor coupling after isolating the electric and earth lead connections opening the pump set for repair/overhauling & proper alignment of shaft etc including replacing the spare parts under appropriate items & reassemblying the pumpset greasing connecting, testing and commissioning complete including necessary Lathe works at Swimming Pool complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down electric motor up to 05 KW 415 volt coupled to pump after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections from its foundation and transportation to work shop , checking the serviceability of ball bearing both side of motor , greasing of bearing up to free rotation of shaft of motor complete, greasing on reassemblying the motor to reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections etc complete in all respect and starting the pump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix ball/roller bearing for motor front and back for shaft complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Rewinding of pump motor 415 Volt 3 phase of capacity 05 KW motor after disconnecting electric cable and eath lead, suction and delivery pipes, shifting to work shop, dismantling the motor assembly and removing the burnt out copper winding of stator and cleaning the stator slots and core assembly, rewinding to stator and rotor winding with suitable gauge super enamelled copper wire with insulating papers and insulation cloths, varnishing the winding and baking heating for achieving the required insulation resistance, re-assembling the motor and testing complete, incl transporting back to site and fixing motor to its original place, reconnecting electric cable and earth leads etc testing and commissioning complete in all respect all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for opening Suction Sweeper having discharge of 2 LPS of 20 Mtr. head complete with suction head, brush, flexible hose pipe & maninal pulling rope, suction pipe with inlet valve, nozzles including electrical connections. isolating the electric and earth lead connections opening the suction sweeper set for repair/overhauling & proper alignment etc including replacing the items with new items given vide item below, reassemblying the suction sweeper greasing connecting, testing and commissioning complete including necessary works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only spare parts for pump set for fixing against item No.10 above.

(i) Servicing of existing filters and opening of manholes of pressure Sand filters & provide open back wash for dirt removal, Removal of complete media from pressure sand filter and refilling of filter media in filters under appropriate items. (ii) Inspection of internal strainers, closing of main holes, servicing of inlet, outlet, backwash & air release diaphragm valve. (iii) Testing trail run for pressure sand filter. (iv) Testing of water sample through reputed laboratory for inlet & outlet water. Note: The cost of the testing of water will be measured and paid under appropriate in schedule. (v) Supply for cleaning chemical as per OEM recommendation for cleaning of existing sand filters.

M&L for Disconnecting and again reconnecting after arresting the leakge in to the existing 200/100/63 MM CPVC/PVC pipe ,suction and delivery of any type from the pump set/header for delivery and side including necessary nuts bolts ,reducer/tee/joint/union , welding works and rubber etc, all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The quoted cost shall deemed to be include dismantling of pipe and fusion joint or any other type joint to make pipe serviceable , Tee , Bends , Flange , Nipple , union / adapters and the cost shall also included suitable arrangement of jointing machinne for PVC/CPVC pipe .

Taking out unservicable starter and Supply and fix three phase Motor starter DOL in sheet steel enclosure suitable for 7.5 HP capacity submersible pump with relay range 13-18 Amps incorporating heavy duty 4 pole contactor type TC1 -Dx with wide band opening coil overload relay type LR3D with manual re-set and yellow flag for trip indication-Make C&S / L&T/ HPL

M&L for Painting of Installed Machineries at Swmming Pool Pump House by scrapping existing paint and spraying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for follwing items with using Asian/Berger paint manufacturer all as directed. (a) Pump Set :- 05 Nos. (b) Pressure Filter :- 04 Nos. (c) Dosing Pumps :- 02 Nos. including dosing tanks (d) Suction Sweeper :- 01 No.

Taking out unservicable cable of size 1.5 sqmm and Supply & Fixing flexible cable 1.5 sqmm 3core PVC insulated and sheathed submersible type with stranded copper conductor (for Light) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking out unserviceable butter fly valve of size 65 mm bore and supply and fix new butter fly valve wafer type in CI Body with integrally moulded liner of nitrile or EPDM stainless steel Disc & stem, Liver operated as per IS 13095 in PN 1.0 in including jointing material such as rubber gasket,bolts,nuts,etc direct integrally all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable butter fly valve of size 50 mm bore and supply and fix new butter fly valve wafer type in CI Body with integrally moulded liner of nitrile or EPDM stainless steel Disc & stem, Liver operated as per IS 13095 in PN 1.0 in including jointing material such as rubber gasket,bolts,nuts,etc direct integrally all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Taking down U/s and Supply and fix LED street light luminaries IP 66 LED 135 Watt AC supply .The luminaire should have die cast aluminium housing with good thermal management and silicon rubber gasket to ensure IP protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking out unserviceable and supply and install New valve battery manifold in PVC with flange for connecing to filters as per DIN 2501 standard consists of 05 butter fly valve for carrying out filteration , back washing rinsing and shut down of the filters size 300 mm Make Astral, Haywards,Leisure pool. Note The cost shall be including jointing material such as rubber gasket,bolts,nuts,etc all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge

Taking out unservicable pvc pipe and Supply and fix transperent blue plastic vaccum hose 50 mm bore including hose cufs for connection to suction inlets suitable metal clamps with nut and bolts . M&L for providing cement concrete type 50mm thick B-1 (1:2:4) 20 mm graded stone aggregate for providing slope, padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by Engr-in charge

M&L for 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3 including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound when concrete is green, as per manufacturere instructions complete all as specified. (Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Supplying only Integeral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glass Mosaic Tiles for swimming pool floor & wall of 3 to 5 mm thick(Square) polished etc. laid over Laticrate adhesive epoxy grout and pointed in white or coloured laticrate unsanded grout 600 series to match over including cleaning and roughning of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Note: The Quoted unit rate shall includes Covering of Existing Floor surfaces to protect from dust and repair of damaged ,osaic tiles portion, cleaning and removal of Debris.

M&L for cleaning and washing of floor Tiles surfaces of existing glass mosaic floor tiles and grouting of joints with MYK Laticrate un sanded grout 600 series, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
