Construction of Cycle Stand and Assembly stage for Govt ITI Bhanjanagar, Ganjam as per AA Letter No. 3505 Dtd. 10.03.2026 of DTET Buildings.

Construction of Cycle Stand Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard or gravelly soil within 50 mtr. initial lead and 1.5 mtr. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr. depth including cost of all labour, labour cess and T&P for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm (1.5") size clean hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6") thick to required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all royalties, labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including all cost, labour, labour cess, T&P, royalties, conveyances etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth using fly ash bricks of 9" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq. cm including splays, cutting, circular mouldings, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with all labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Industrial Vitrified tile of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm of size 300mm x 300mm of plain (Ivory) in approved make conforming to IS 4457 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess and T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and providing and fixing in position M.S. plate, stiffner plate, MS angle, MS pipe etc. of approved make including cutting the same to proper size, welding, chamfering, hoisting, wrought and put up in position including cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, labour cess, HRC of crane, sundries and T&P etc. require for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 0.45mm thick JSW Colouron Colour coated sheet in roof including fixing of ridges, wind ties J.hooks G.I. and limpet washers, bolts and nuts drilling in wind ties with all labour, labour cess, T&P including cost of JSW sheet etc. complete but excluding cost of fittings as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
