Preparation of RCC/PCC concrete having grade upto M50 & cutting by manual or mechanical means it for making groove (width upto 50 mm & depth upto 25 mm) for injecting epoxy grout to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying of two-component epoxy binder (resin & hardener) conforming to ASTM C881 Type-IV, Class-C as per technical specification.
Applying of two-component epoxy binder (resin & hardener) conforming to ASTM C881 Type-IV, Class-C as per technical specification.
Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete
Providing and applying high performance cementitious mortar on exposed/ eroded concrete surface as per technical specification. Generally the thickness of the layer shall be kept 12.5 mm. (Complete finished item with all leads and lifts). The product performance shall carry gurantee for 3 years against erotion including free maintenance.
