Mechanized cleaning of vegitation and grass around the runway,Taxi track and link roads of runways/taxi track within Air Force Station Bagdogra by providing jungle jim 01 No with and including providing tractor having minium 45 HP power including driver and helper including fuel(Diesel) ,lubricant,engine oil etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:-(i) daily log book shall be maintained by the contractor and obtain the signature of users and concerned JE. (ii) No claim shall be entertained if the machine is not required for full working days for any days as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Jungle Jim alongwith tractor and shall be arranged by the contractor as and when required and as directed.

De silting / cleaning completely solid silts/soils from drain manually and removal of silt/soil to a distance not exc. 250 metre and disposed at a location as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Uprooting the grasses from joints manually and removal of grasses to a distance not exc. 250 metre complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brickwork/stone masnory built in cement mortar including all quoins ,arches ,pillars, etc,but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm in CM (1:6) mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate), as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B1,(Using 20mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing etc laid in bays finishd even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning hungry surface of flexible pavement with air compressor and broom to get the surface free from loose dust / dirts and applying diluted polymer cold modified emulsion (PME) RS type 10 Ltrs/ 10 Sqm in two coats all as per manufacturer instruction and as directed. NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
