Providing, transporting ,erecting, operating , maintaining during the work, Gandola (Rope Suspended platform) of approved make, as per relevant IS codes and as per manufacturare specifications at required location, height, on terrace of buildings, of required sizes as per space avaibility/requirement of site for carrying out the breaking/repairing/plastering/painting works etc on existing structure, providing/submitting third party inspection certificate from approved third party for each instastalation/each shiftting of location of gondala, providing necessory couter weight for stability of Gandola as per manufacturer's spec., providing and fixing ropes for lateral stability of Gondala platform, providing safety belt,helmet to all the workers along with additional fall arresters (rope/wire) and removing/dismantaling the whole Gandola system safely after completion of all concerned activities as per work order, repairing and reinstate in original condition of all damaged part of structure such as RCC wall,brick wall, water proofing etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

b) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar up to 35mm thick in layers of not exceeding 20mm (with out chicken mesh) in a day (proportion- cement 50 Kg : silica sand 125 Kg) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement, bond coat to old concrete and bond coat for every successive layers of 20mm thick in proportion polymer : Cement-1:1 by volume as per specification including covering the floor/windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc., and cleaning after repair etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of supplying and applying protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.

c) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar average 70 mm thick in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 kg : silica sand 125 Kg. ) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement and bond coat for every successive layers of 20 mm thick in proportion Polymer : cement – 1:1 by volume as per specification including one layer of Chicken mesh 22 gauge, including covering the floor / windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc. and cleaning after repairs, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. The rate is inclusive of supplying and applying protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.

Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C column with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete) manufactured by M/S. Roff construction chemical, (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacture, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16mm steel rod curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing shuttering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC . NOTE: 1. Measurement shall be taken as per actual consumption of pre-packed dry micro concrete in Kg. used for structural repairing work.

Reinforcement With high yield strength deformed bars Fe 500 grade for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Binding wire required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build well' Ready mix plaster of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ Readymade Polymerised Drymix plaster -Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt.Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acryalic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equvalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

a) Over repaired RCC/ masonary surfaces.

b) Over existing repaired/non repaired rough cast surfaces with applying bond coat to old rough cast surface and for every successive layers including application of bond coat mix ratio 1:1 (polymer : Cement by volume ) including cleaning of the surface by removing all dust, dirt, fungus etc. and as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.

a) Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces

b) Over rough cast plastered surfaces

Painting on old steel surfaces like widows, collapsible doors,fencing wall, structural steel member, concertina/ barbed wire, chain link fencing etc. with two finishing coats over a coat of primer./wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Premium gloss enamel of asian paints or equivalant approved shade and make) over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required and cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and applying shrinkage crack filler of Dr.Fixit Crack X Paste / smart care crack seal of Asian paint in paste form / Aquatech crack filler in paste form of Dulux or other equaivalant material including opening the loose part of the existing crack , making the same in V - shape in required depth & width, cleaning the groove by removing dust, oil, grass, loose particals etc., press the crack filler in to the crack one time only with a spatula or putty knite and level the surface etc. completed all as per manufacturer's specifications and as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.

a)Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth (min 150 mm depth) without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with a mix of Cement slurry with 225 gm Dr. Fixit pidicrete AM or equivalent per 50 kg cement bag and continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc. ensure curing by applying curing compound etc. Complete all as per specification and directed by EIC.

Providing the truck mounted boom lift service for inspection of structure at higher elevations, emergency repairing, crack filling, plastering, painting, arresting leakage, removing wild vagitation, cleaning of ACP/glass panes etc in buildings, wherever it is required as per specifications including trasportation, fuel chages, Driver, assistant to driver etc., including all taxes and as directed by EIC. Note: 1. The agency has to observe all safety procedure while working on heights. 2. Labours working on the man lifter should be with safety belts, helmets and they should wear the same while working. Labours seen not wearing safety belts & helmets shall be sent out of the work site immediately and a penalty of Rs.1000.00 per person per day will be levied. 3. The workers engaged on the repair work are require to be insured as per Govt. noms at the cost of contractor. 4. Additional lift guard rope shall be provided from terrace of building. 5. All documets related to truck boom lifter shall be submitted to EIC. 6. If Boom lifter is breaks down or suddenly stops working due to any reason payment will be made against actual time spent for carring out work. 7. The rate mentioned above is per day for 8.5 working hours excluding lunch or any break. 8. Measurement of payment will be done by converting 8.5 Hr per day amount in to actual working time( from actual start of work to end of work). In case of breakdown, the measurement shall be taken proportionately. 9. The gate pass required for vehicle, driver and helper shall be arranged by Agency with approval of EIC.

Supplying & injecting herbicide Glyphosate of approved make over unwanted removing wild vegetation from 1st floor to terrace of the building, like Peepal Tree etc, wild growth of plants in the buildings at all levels/floors, gable end walls, terrace, shaft by using truck boom lifter including the disposal of wild vegetation and finishing the damaged portion with cement mortar 1:3 matching with adjoining surfaces, curing etc complete all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note : The payment of truck boom lifter if used shall be paid under relevant item.

Providing & supplying silicon selant in joints between sliding window frame and stone jamb of approved quality of M/s Dr. fixit or approved equivalent including labour for cleaning the joint, filling the sealant, removing excess sealant after application etc. complete all as per manufacturer's specifications etc. complete all as directed by th EIC.

Providing and applying two coats of Acrylic base Damp proof Ultra of M/s Asian paints or other equivalent approved waterproofing coat on vertical surfaces of sand face / rough cast as per manufactural specifications and over plaster, vatas, over chajja, parapet wall, beam column junctions etc. using rollar application including surface preparation filling the cracks with crack filler all complet as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
