All as per item No 1 above but area n.exc 1.5 Sqm complete.

Repairs to steel windows/doors by mechanically (using welding, Cutting, Grinding machineries etc…) where necessary and make the joineries operationally and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 100 mm size mortice lock with two lever (vertical type) brass body and fixed complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs double action floor spring for aluminium doors hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed including necessary cutting and making good to floor as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium (extruded section) body, designation No.2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rubber beading to aluminium window/doors of best quality for securing glass panes including removal of glass from the existing aluminium frame carefully and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified.

M&L Plain Fillets n.exc 3 sq.cm of 2nd class hardwood in Square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all spd and as directed.

S&F solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instruction of manufacturer including removal of existing complete all as specified. (Make :- Gareware or equivalent make)

S & F in repair 0.71 mm thick plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in crumple joint, ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed)

Note : All the items ( 1- 55 ) to be executed in building with a height anywhere upto 26 m (G+5) as directed and specified by E-in-C At least one carpenter should be available every day except public holidays and Sundays, and urgent complaints should be completed in the same day as directed by E in C.

Petty repairs to joinery works such as easing of doors/ windows/ kitchen cabinets , refixing builder hardware gauze etc by providing glue nails and screws to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works assigned by the Engneer In Charge. Note :(i) Replacement of builders hardware if required shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F Pressed steel frames (Factory made) made out of 1.25 mm thick black MS sheet for doors, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hold fast, Butt hinges, hold fast, lock strike plate, including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded aggregates) as in bed blocks for hold fasts including necessary form works, including PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling of pressed steel door frame etc complete, size of frame 105x60mm incl bottom of each chowkat complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of zinc primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 300mm long stainless steel, sliding door bolt with hasp, stapple (bolt type) and fixing clip of sheet, and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of stainless steel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness size quality or description including punching or drilling out old glazing fixing sping /clips all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing, in squares n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed in pelmet box with nails to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs locks, cupboard, grade I, size 50 mm with 2 levers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 75mm size hasp and staple, mild steel, wire type, stone enamelled black including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 20-22mm dia stailess steei curtain rails, with fixing brackets, stops rollers etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down steel rolling shutters gear operated or manual operated rolling shutters replacement of weared parts spring laths etc, crank handle ,bearings,crank shaft etc suitable sizes including any welding required where required and refixing at any height including greasing.(replacement parts measured seperately)

M&L for providing and fabricating mild steel 1. 0 mm thick black sheet as in top cover of rolling shutter fixed to wall in proper size ,shape & position suitable for rolling shutter complete all as specified .

S&F in repairs MS spring for rolling shutter size of spring 450 mm long inner dia not less than 65 mm and MS wire 6mm as approved .

S&F in repairs MS pipe heavy duty of 40 mm dia as in shaft of rolling shutter complete all as approved.

S&F lath section formed from cold rolled strip 1.25mm thick and width as required all as approved .

S&F guide channel 25mm width, depth of channel 65mm not less than 1.0mm thick as required.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel painting on old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
