Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead: Of sectional area below 40 square centimetres.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In Cement Mortar.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All works upto Plinth level-1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Brick work with Ist class common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modular) bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete: Above Plinth level, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: lintel, beams, plinth, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.1 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sqm.

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Neat cement punning.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanised M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using galvanised M.S. wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm all complete. With 2nd class teak wood beading 62X19 mm.
