S&F 4 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete incl Material & Labour of newly plastered for applying Two coats of 100% Premium exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified. Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjjoining vertical surfaces as specified under :- (a) Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion. (b) Preparation sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete (c) Filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Forsoc and other approved make (d) Applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Bath seal WPC in suken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete LW + @ 220ML per bag of cement (e) Applying mix of of DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP in the ratio 1:1:5 on floor and vertical surface of sunken portion as per manufacturers instructions complete (f) Filling with P:C:C 1:5:10 Type-E2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (f) 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces as in sunken portion, with Neeru finish complete. M&L for non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 600mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4)., set in tile adhesive confirming to IS-15477-2019 type 2 and thickness as per manufacturer instruction of approved make including dismantling existing wall tile/ fineshes and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Including dismantling of existing wall tiling with cement mortar beddind and rubbish off the premises complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even including demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Roof Treatment in as specified below and as directed : (a) Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed. (b) Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed. (c) 40 mm avg thick PCC 1:2:4 type C 2 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof complete all as specified and directed (d) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing any debris, Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (e) Applying one coat of Elastomeric PU Based liquid membrane diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 kg/ sqm. (f) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh, upto 300 mm on walls. (g) Applying two coats of undiluted PU Based liquid membrane, having Elongation more than 400%, Tensile Strength more than 2 N/mm2 and alkali & fungal resistant maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush/ roller upto 300 mm on walls.(h) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, plastered or pointed surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent, salts and treating oil & greasy spots etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for srl Item No 63 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item.
