Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including frames and cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Dismantling timber scantlings in unframed timber work 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in mass concrete, sub base , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class old size 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls complete as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing mild Steel work in hollow square/rectangular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 4923 -1997 (Reaffirmed 2009) grade Yst.-310 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment cofirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&f Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, longbut length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for second class hardwood, scantlings, wrought, fixed in unframed work complete as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel wire netting 0.71 mm dia and 25 mm size of mesh for lathing, fixed with tinned of wire staples to wooden frame in all including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and preparing surfaces as directed and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hot dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150, 0.50mm thick of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550MPa as in ridge/valley/gutter/eaves boardings fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605mm x 605mm in true horizonatal level, hot dipped galvanised steel sections consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and size 24mm x 38mm made from 0.30mm thick (Min) sheet spaced at 1200mm centre to centre and cross “T” of size 24mm x 28mm made of 0.30mm thick (Min) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600mm and size 24mm x 28mm made of 0.30mm thick (Min) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200mm x 600mm panel to form grids of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle of size 24mm x 24mm x 0.4mm. M&L for coloured non skid joint free ceramic tiles of 7mm to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering incement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles / out door (Capsule tiles) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or backing layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L Plain fillets. of 2nd class soft wood of square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads.Exc 13 & nexc 25 sqcm complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick of wood grain printed on single side PVC sheet and other side balancing with plain colour inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified & as directed.
