Construction of Boundary Wall of Park (Only Civil Work) for I.A. Site-5, Kasna Distt. GB Nagar

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5meter and lead upto 30m. including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M. (100fts) from the foundation trenches.

Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in poroportion of 8:4:1 (8 graded stone aggregate: 4 coarse sand : 1cement : ) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

First Class Brick work in 1:4 one cement : 4 coarse sand mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

First Class Brick work in 1:4 cement & Coarse sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in superstructure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as required thickmess of walls of one brick, Add extra labour inculding supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)drived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size drived from natural sources.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7 kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

12mm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 1.25 finesess modules mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in RCC T- BEAM ,slabs roof and RCC column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M.S. (tor Steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. work including beding for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all material and wastage, bend hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
