Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm , putting in premixed bituminous macadam , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg / 10 m2 ,blinded with 0.09 m3 of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam ,binder and chippings l) depth of holes exceeding 30mm, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with wire brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressure to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion(RS-1)conforming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.2 to 0.3Kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTHapplication of road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after clening of existing surface as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid / rolled with power road roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75 mm or less ) all as specified and directed .

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm (consolidated thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.(Note: No Extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for more quantity of bitumen than mentioned in Sch 'A'.)

M&L for applying thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour, 2.5 mm thick not exceeding 10cm width with glass beeds 250 gm/sqm including layout of centre line, dashes, arrows, speed breakers, writting letters etc, using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispencer propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator, on road surface made free of all dirt, scales oil grease, foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs two directional CATs eyes of size 100x100x25mm made up of ABS (Astronitrilite) Butadiene Styrene engineering plastic, dynamically designed having high impact strength fitted with 02 nos highly reflective reflectors on both side, fixed on bituminous/concrete surface with suitable adhesive complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Make : Mr Illumination/3M/Aktion/Dark eye.

S&F in repairs raised reflective pavement markers Solar blinkers studs (Cat eyes) of 6 LEDs made of plastic body moulded from HIPS (Hi-impact polystrene) or ABS plastic conforming to ASTM D type 4280 type H and complying to specifications of category A and reflective panels consisting of number of lenses containing single or dual internal reflection of light entering the lens face, with height not exceeding 20mm and length and width 100mm (not exceeding surface shall be 13 Sq.cm on each face and shall preferably be 35 + 5 degree slope to base to face, fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repairs road delinators as per IRC-79-1981 (road way indicators) dual directions, retro reflective, round delinator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe 75 mm dia and of height 900mm duly powered coat painted and provided with three reflective band of colour red, white and yellow colour, 150 mm wide and50 micron thick and protected with welded wire cage including necessary excavation of size 300x300x450mm and PCC 1:2:4 type B2 foundation complete all as directed.

M&L for applying one coat reflecting paint with 50 microns thick over concrete surface or stone walls or iron and the and the application in dry area 5 degree to 50 degree celcius and flash point not less than 92 degree celcius. Retro reflective 70 to 120 Cdlx/Mtr will be measured with portable retro reflective measuring gun all as spedified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note : Colour will be aprroved by GE)

S & F double legged informatory board sign of size 0.9m x 1.20 m double side fixed on frame of stainless steel of round pipe 50 mm dia (304 Grade) . Outer frame all around of stainless steel pipe 50 mm dia (304 Grade) to be provided along the round pipe. The boards are to be made of high intensity unmettalised prismatic grade retro-reflective sheeting 400 micron thick of Make : Avery Dennison /E3M, duly processed on 3 mm thick aluminum composite panel conforming to IS:736 with heat lamp vacuum applicator , etched treatment, hand squeezed roller applicator machine. The letters of any description , size, cutout, logos, formation signs etc shall be of 400 micron thick of any colour to be cut with high pressure computerized cutting plotter or with high quality digital printing with lamination to have longer life and duly fixed on sheet base high intensity grade unmet allied prismatic grade white sheeting. The sign boards shall be fabricated according to IRC -67-2010 (revised specifications) and as per MORTH specification clause 801.100 mm dia SS pipe. Total height of pipe shall be 3.0 m above the ground level and 0.45 m to be embedded and grouted in ground in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary excavation and earth filling, removal of surplus excavated material and making good surface complete all as specified . The sign boards shall be fabricated according to IRC -67-2010 (revised specifications) and as per MORTH specification clause 801.10
