OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF SEWAGE INSTALLATION AND STP UNDER GE (WEST) JALANDHAR CANTT

Maintenance, Operation, documentation of sewage installation along with operation and documentation of DG sets as and when required on daily basis including 'Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays for eleven calendar months period for 16 hrs in two shifts, each shift of 08 hrs duration (i,e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) by employing suitable and required manpower of Semi - skilled category pump operators by trade for carrying out above mentioned work complete all as specified and as directed :- Location - Bhagat Road. The Sewage installation comprises of the following equipment’s/machinery (i) Non clog self-priming centrifugal pumping set electric driven motor of capacity 35 litres/second at 13 meters head Make- Kirloskar -01 No (ii)Non clog submersible sewage pumps of capacity 16KW/22HP,75 cum/hr at 24 meter head - 03 Nos (iii) LT Panel comprising of Ammeter, Volt meter, incoming and outgoing main switch with HRC fuses and star delta starters and wiring etc. (iv) Suction and delivery valves including connection. (v) DG set 62.5 KVA

(ii) Electric driven pump of capacity 5 HP for dewatering - 01 No (iii)LT Panel comprising of Ammeter, Volt meter, incoming and outgoing main switch with HRC fuses and star delta starters and wiring etc. (iv) Suction and delivery valves including connection pipes. (v) DG set 125 KVA

The Sewage installations comprises of the following equipements/machinery (i) Sewage Submersible pump set 10 HP, 8m head, discharge 2000 LPM Make : MODY - 02 Nos (One pump running at a time and one pump stand by) (ii) Sewage Submersible pump set 15 HP, 13m head, discharge 3000 LPM Make : MODY - 03 Nos (Two pumps running at a time and one pump stand by) (iii) LT panel (Cyclic Control) comprising of Ammeter, Volt meter and star delta starters and wiring etc. (iv) Suction and delivery valves including connection pipes. (v) DG set 82.5 KVA at KK Vihar I and 25 KVA at KK Vihar II

The Sewage installation comprises of the following equipements/machinery (i) Centrifugal non clog pumping set 12.5 HP, 10.26 m head, 28 LPS Make : Kirloskar - 02 Nos (One pump running at a time and one pump stand by) (ii) LT panel (Cyclic Control) comprising of Ammeter, Volt meter and star delta starters and wiring etc. (iii) Suction and delivery valves including connection pipes.

Maintenance, Operation, documentation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 1.5 MLD x 2 Nos located at 27 Regt along with operation and documentation of DG sets as and when required on daily basis including 'Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays' for eleven calendar months period for 24 hrs in three shifts, each shift of 08 hrs duration (i,e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) by employing one Operator (Semi-Skilled) and One Helper per shift. The Sewage installation comprises of the following equipements/machinery (i) Submersible Sewage pumping set 7.5 HP, 12 m head, Discharge 62.5 Cum/hr Make : Kirloskar - 08 Nos. (ii) Centrifugal pumps 5 HP, 18 mtr head, Discharge 16LPS, Make : Kirloskar - 04 Nos (iii) Air compressor 18.5 KW,1470 RPM, Pressure 0.5Kg/sqcm Make : Kirloskar - 04 Nos (iv) Sludge thickener feed pump 2 HP, 2870 RPM, 13.5 m head Make : Kirloskar - 02 Nos (v) Sludge thickner mechanism pump 0.75 HP,1450 RPM, Make : SIEMENS - 02 Nos (vi) PE dosing tank agitator motor 0.75 HP Make :BONFIGLIOLI - 02 Nos (vii) Sludge transfer pump 01 HP - 04 Nos (viii) LT panel (Cyclic Control) comprising of Ammeter, Volt meter and star delta starters and wiring etc. (ix) Suction and delivery valves including connection pipes. Notes for item No 1 to 5 :- (i) Security and chowkidaring of above mentioned installations for 24 hrs is included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Cleaning of installation area including grass cutting four times in a year and surface dressing the whole installation area for the contract period (11 Months) is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.
