Maintenance of NH-205 from km.0/000 to 43/000 on Shimla Mataur road for the year 2025-26

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing & applying the Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm as per MoRT&H/IRC Specifications for Road and Bridge Works. Item to include all materials, labour, machinery/equipment and incidental work required to complete the job. Measurement shall be made for actual surface area of application in square meter as per MORTH Specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying 40mm thick Bituminous Concrete wearing coat with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H/IRC Specifications for Road and Bridge Works Clause 509 complete in all respect. Item to include all materials, labour, machinery/equipment and incidental work required to complete the job. Measurement shall be made for finished valume of Bituminuous Concrete in cubic meter.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.as per MORTH Specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing single moulded twin shank reflective road studs size 100x90x20mm made of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens fixed with road surface using epoxy adhesive complete as per clause 804.7.3 of MORT&H 5th revision specifiaction (Company 3M only).
