M&L 15mm thick ready mixed cement base plaster (1:4) on external surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces. including necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc upto 12m height for necessary for execution of work and protective measures, removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc, work in patches etc, spreading and removing coveings to doors, windows, floors, fitings etc to protect them from splashes, washing floors cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premises, clean and tidy. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L 10mm thick ready mixed cement base plaster (1:4) on chajja/projection of brick work or concrete surfaces. including necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc upto 12m height for necessary for execution of work and protective measures, removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc, work in patches etc, spreading and removing coveings to doors, windows, floors, fitings etc to protect them from splashes, washing floors cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premises, clean and tidy. Complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with Berger/Asian/Forsroc paints Tru care wall sander L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacum mechanism) or equivalent RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7" to 9" to make the surface free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour. Thereafter pressure wash the surface. Fill all visible cracks, joints etc with crack seal caulking compound (acrylic sealing compound) and allow to cure for 24 hrs on prepared surface to provide and apply one coat of Prime N-seal acrylic and allow to dry for 6-8 hrs. on primed surface to provide apply two coats PDS-50 high build acrylic coating having elongation of ˃150% ASTM D 412 DFT minimum 150 microns/coat IS 101:1987 water vapour permeability as per ASTM D1653 Adhesion to concrete ˃3.00 MPA ASTM D 4541 and having anti fungal properties at intervals of 6-8 hrs between each coat allow to cure for 72 hrs. including necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc upto 12m height for necessary for execution of work and protective measures, removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc, work in patches etc, spreading and removing coveings to doors, windows, floors, fitings etc to protect them from splashes, washing floors cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premises, clean and tidy. Complete all as specified and directed.
