Supply fixing and testing LED street light epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with weatherproof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, pressure die-cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws alongwith secondary optics and individual LED's for better light distribution, input voltage 140-280 Volts, delivering lumen equal to/greater than 10200 lumen, system wattage 120 Watt, Ingress protection IP-66 and integrated driver with 5KV internal and 10 KV external surge protection including all acessories. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing loop in loop out Polycarbonate Junction box in accordance with IEC 60670-22 of size 155 mm x 210 mm x 92 mm or nearest higher size with front openable hinged cover and locking arrangements with IP 66/67 degree of protection, dust proof, water tight, shock proof, fire retardant with internally embedded gasket fitted with heat treated bakelite terminal block and PVC glands for cable entry complete with electrical connection fixed to pole with suitable size FI clamp nut bolts and washer including duly painted with powder coated paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for drawing of 3 core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable and incl ERW conduit duly painted with alluminium paint incl MS clamps fixed @ 4m distance required to fix with the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in GI bracket for street light made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.2 metre in length bend in shape as required including necessary MS flat iron clamp, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 25 mm bore light grade fixed on pole with all fitting like clamps for mounting of pipe on pole including nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 40 mm bore light grade with all fitting for protection of cable, laid in trenches all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation ,earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level )with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32 mm x 6mm thick by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm bore GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. (Notes:-The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix , type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @150mm C/C both ways ,GI funnel with GI watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade, wire mesh, protection pipe 15mm dia GI pipe light gde for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge ) Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply and installation of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including Dismantaling of old poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation, earth work and PCC only will be measured and paid separately, all other accessories and other works deemed to be included in the unit rates quated by the contractor.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in pedestal coping including necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour flame proof point wiring for light point/ fan point, one light/fan/bell point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, multistranded copper conductor zero halogen flame retardent conforming to IS-694 part-I , single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR cables in and including 20 mm dia or higher size stove enamelled concealed conduits and fittings of medium grade, including pressed steel terminal switch boxes, 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multistranded copper conductor FR PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6 , 16 A, single pole 250 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Fluorescent tube light fitting, 1x36 W, flameproof type FLP-WP, including integral reflector made with electronic ballast, bipin holders, connector block, etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor with suitable size. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing heavy duty flameproof exhaust fan, 230 volt single phase 450 mm sweep 1400 RPM with louvers totally enclosed continously rated highly efficient heavy duty motor with pressure die cast aluminium rotor mounted on two wall bearing,aerodynamically contoured blades handle, rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent features , epoxy power coating with specially pretreated components for better resistance for corrosion with IP-55 degree of protection including all accessories and necessary electrical connection, including cutting and making good the wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing epoxy powder coated sheet metal enclosure for DBs, double door (when MCBs to be used), Single pole and neutral 240 V, 4 ways with mounting fitted with bus bar, DIN channel , neutral link and incoming contact complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
